“Been coming here for years and they have never steered me wrong. I even had them tell me what car I should get and they recommended a Rav-4 or a CR-V and I got the rav-4 and am so happy with it. At my most recent visit I had called ahead the week before and made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I show up and I’m not in the books (apparently the person who took my call was at a call center and not an actual employee there) and I was devastated as I’m a doctor and often and call even on my days off so may need my car at a moment’s notice, but Dustin didn’t even bat an eye before telling that there was no worries and they’d take care of me. My vehicle was done by the afternoon and they even were kind enough to notify me that my inspection was overdue as well. Super kind and knowledgeable people down here. Would give 6 stars if I could.”

After a break down left me stranded I towed my car to a different shop that I won’t name, but they’ve been around for 35 years. I felt semi confident. BIG MISTAKE. 5000$ later I am back with Mike to make sure the work done elsewhere was up to par, and to find out if the timing gain estimate I got from the other shop was legit. Apparently the other shop didn’t damage my car (too badly, we shall see) although gasoline did end up in my engine oil on their watch.
Mike changed my oil to a better viscosity, and reassured me that my motor sounded fine. The other shop was just trying to scare me into more repair, and the timing chain estimate they gave me was at least 3500$ more than he would charge at his shop.
I will always be with Mike and his team from now on. We live and learn. Sports and Imports WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. With fair prices, and honesty.”
