“I recently went to Discount Tire because I had a screw in the side of my tire. The tire would need to be replaced .Im on a very fixed income so it stressed me a bit. I had to return to Discount Tire because my tires were supposed to be balanced and rotated the day my new tire was replaced. I had to go to work and decided to just return another day to have it done. So a couple of days later I explained to the gentleman that greeted me my
situation. He was very professional and explanatory. I had to make sure that what service was to be done would be free as they state in the "Life of Tire Maintenance policy. But just my luck I had cracked lug nuts that had to be replaced. Another gentleman was told of my income situation and was concerned about my safety . I was quoted a price that I did not have at that time. Then I was quoted a price I could afford. This was a very kind and generous gesture from the employees at Discount Tire. I shook his hand and was over whelmed with his concern for my safety that I failed to get names. I am forever grateful to receive such generosity. Thank you very much. “I recently had the pleasure of getting a Virginia state inspection done at Great Bridge Service Center (recently transferred title and registration to VA from MD), and I must say it was a stellar experience from start to finish! I was in out and in less than 30 minutes. They were able to accommodate me at a moments notice, no one else would.

I encountered a few customers during my experience and they seemed more like family, what a wonderful business!
And after this uber awesome experience, I will no longer have my car serviced at the dealership (Lexus), I trust them and as of this review, my son has had his truck serviced here and is completely satisfied.

“I hit a curb hard with my rim. It wasn't a scratch. I did some decent damage. Great quality repair for the price. I'd have to get down and inspect the rim to find where they fixed it. If you didn't know it was repaired you'd never see it. Exactly what I wanted. I have no doubt if I wanted to pay more money they could fix it to where you couldn't tell even if you inspected the rim with a magnifying glass. Just didn't mean that much to me. I have a nice truck not a show car. On top they fixed it in 24 hours.”
