Second adjustable bed bought from OMF. Purchased a new Serenity adjustable base and latex mattress. Super comfy!! My previous adjustable base had been purchased from OMF in 1999. It still worked fine but was getting a tad creaky when adjusting. This new base is super quiet. I love it!!! My salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable and the more important point is he wasn't pushy at all. The 2 delivery gentleman were great as well. They set everything up, and hauled my old base and mattress out. When I asked how they disposed of them, the company donates these items to Habitat for Humanity!! Quality products at a reasonable price and helpful personnel. Highly recommend!!!!

Knowledgeable sales person, not at all pushy. Asked questions to show me the mattresses to best fit my wants & needs. Very pleased with the sales process. Bought my mattress in 2019, still very happy with the purchase in 2023. I recommend them often.

Sales person was nice. Purchased full size mattress set. Mattress set had a strong "new" odor. Aired in garage a few days as well as putting on our deck outside. Box spring alone smelled like wet cardboard. Disposed of the set and purchased a new set from different company.

Rick was very helpful in showing us the different type king size mattresses and also head boards. He was able to pull up our records from a previous purchase from your company. Since we were happy with the comfort of our queen size mattress we went with the same brand for our new king size. The two gentlemen who delivered our bed were very polite, professional, and helpful. All in all a very good experience.
