When I initially greeted Tisha at the costumer service desk and began explaining my concerns, she was extremely rude and dismissive. I needed to return three items one of which was still in the store, left behind previously. I asked for assistance retrieving that item, and another associate brought it over. However, Tisha finalized the return without including it. When I asked about adding the last item, she told me another associate could help me, When I asked why she couldn’t just complete the process, she said he was working the front and then walked off to the side aimlessly handling items to appear busy instead of assisting further. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional, and due to this experience, I will not be returning to that location.

Target tried to charge me $10 for some no name off-brand basic shoelaces. Straight up delusional LOL.

First time calling a target ever to ask a question. Started asking my question and was immediately cut off with the woman just saying “no” in a rude/condescending tone. Then said “I don’t even know what you want”. Well KAREN, maybe if you would have used your ears and not your mouth while I was still speaking, you would have been able to find out. Incredibly disappointing.

My family’s favorite place to do fun shopping is Target. The store is always clean, has many options to choose from and very reasonably priced. Items are high quality and staff is always polite and helpful.

Women at the return desk seem to always be having a bad day—they are very rude. I’ve also had a few interactions with some pretty sassy floor workers too. Those are the only negative takeaways I can give this store location. It’s clean, organized & always well restocked.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Picked up prescription. Great and courteous!
Went throughout the store and employees acknowledge you as you past by. Found what I needed and the self checkout experience was smooth.
Thank you for the excellent training skills at our target store ... great employees 👏

I still prefer this target to greenbrier. The look/layout is nice, items are in stock more and it tends to be less busy BUT the checkout line problems are getting unpleasant. Self checkout is limited to 10 items.They don't open enough regular lanes.On weekends it backs up nearly to the back of the store. There's no line separation. People just stand there and don't go on regular lines and you can't tell if they are actually waiting for self checkout or are confused.Today the employees did not have good customer service. 2 regular lines open neither with a light on. I had more than 10 items. I pick a lane, wait, was told she's closed. No direction on where I could go. I tell her nobody has a light on, Is the lane next to her open? She says idk but the other lady agrees to take me. I'm now behind 1 or 2 people that were originally behind me. Then another cashier shows up in the first line (actually turns on the light) and takes more people that should have been behind me. When I complained I just got a quick sorry. I said if someone else was coming they should have told me but she said she didn't know someone else would come. She seemed stressed and rushing. She spilled my blueberries (no problem accidents happen) but I had to wait longer for another employee to get more. I saw so many employees working yet no regular registers were open at first. Why!?

So upsetting they fill up online orders before letting in person people shop!! What’s the person of in person shopping if you will use your inventory to fill all your online orders up and leave little time nothing for customers

One star. Because that's the number of lines they open. It's insane. They'll let one single line go back to the makeup section. Want to self checkout? Don't if you have more than 10 items. They won't let you (I don't get paid to do that anyway). Nice store. But the lines destroy any good that happens there as it's the last thing you deal with.

Shopping experience at target was terrible this evening. One cashier open, no self check out open, waited in line for 15 minutes while customer went to go find her own pricing difference. Left my cart. Target has definitely changed.

Men’s clothing selection is pretty horrible now.
Used to be much better.
