I just want them to change their name because I've been sitting here for an hour now waiting to get in the bay. There are 4-5 guys here but it seems they all work on one vehicle at a time. When I first moved here some years ago, it wasn't like that. Each bay had someone there working on a car and if they were short staffed they'd close a bay. I would've left but I'm stuck

While the staff was polite and professional, I did take note of several key concerns.1. I’m guessing the 5 in take 5 is referring to the number of quarts included with their oil change as the average time per oil change was upward of 30 minutes.2. The computer system appears to do little to provide support the employees as it failed to help them identify certain features on individual cars such as the windshield wiper maintenance mode and the location of cabin air filter. The person servicing my car risked damaging it while holding the wipes up against the painted edge of the hood. In addition, they spent several minutes disassembling large sections of trim between the hood and windshield looking for the cabin air filter which is accessed inside the car behind the glove box. I had to reinstall it again when I got home because several fasteners were not properly reinstalled.

Never again will I go here. They half complete the job. My oil was dry, literally nothing on the stick and the guy Issac gone tell me that’s how it supposed to do. I don’t know what fool he thought he was dealing with but I know better. Been driving over 20 years and never seen the oil run dry in a vehicle unless there’s something wrong. I can see it getting low but not just running out before it’s time for an oil change. He also stated they aren’t required to top-off the oil when purchasing economy oil, he can only put it at a safe level. So what’s the purpose of the full line on the stick. He also said it cost the owner money but it would have costed more than that if my motor would have blown. I pay money for a service and I expect it to be right. The mileage was wrong and I had to remind them to show me the stick and etc. I don’t work there they should complete everything related to the service. He hollered out if I have to fill this oil one more time then……………. So unprofessional. Kudos to David and another worker because they were the only one trying to assist.

EDIT: Have attempted to call the number below several times. Have left messages. NO RETURN CALL! This is day 7 without my vehicle ?After coming to this business for an oil change, the attendant recommended a coolant system flush. I agree to the service. Less than 15 minutes later I was broke down on the side of the road Bc my car overheated and was leaking coolant. Calling the shop to talk to someone was impossible. Finally got a call center manager who contacted fleet services to tow my car for repairs. That took forever to straighten out and I was on the side of a very busy road for nearly three hours waiting for a tow. As of today is sounds like it may be a couple more days before I get my car back. This is AFTER spending $350 at Take 5 for all the “services”. I’m very upset!Services: Transmission

The staff @ Battlefield StationTake5 were very cordial, polite and efficient. That station is ALWAYS FULL , and they get you in and out in an cost-effective manner..I've waited an hour or so in other stations just to get to " the pop- the-hood "place, and they go down under the car....I was very pleased, even though it cost me a few extras, it was worth it,I hope. CHEERS! KUDOS ?? ?

had only 2 bays open, they were fixing middle bay. I was 3rd in line of 3rd bay when attendant came to me and mentioned that middle bay would be fixed soon and I could move there. they were still fixing bay when the cars waiting in each side of went before me. attendant came back to me and apologized for the inconvenience and said the final cost would 50% off. was pleased with this, final cost was $50.48. I got to thinking if that was the final cost with discount, after seeing bill total would have been over $100, which seemed high to me. I needed 6 qrts of synthetic oil with regular oil filter.and nothing extra, just an oil changeParts cost $47.99Tax. $49.98Total. $97.97half the total cost was taxes. again seemed too high if not for the 50% off. believe I will be looking for another place for my oil changes.

This was not one of our better experiences at Take 5. There were 3 or 4 cars ahead and it took more than 2 hours to get through the line. Even once in the bay, the lane next to us moved 2 cars through while we still waited. So much for 10 minute oil change! Greasy fingerprints were also left on the hood. Hard to miss on a white car. At least they tightened the oil plug this time!

Make sure they put your car back the way it was when you came. I asked the guy about my under engine cover his response was it doesn’t really need to be there it’s just for decoration. I had to go to the dealership and get it attached correctly. The car needs to leave a it came in the workers don’t need to decide what the automaker should or shouldn’t add.Service: Oil change

Waited 2 hours and moved hardly moved, I think they have staffing problems, but due to the parking lot, could not get out of line. 15 other cars waiting. Have had good experiences in the past, hoping they solve this one. Will update my review when I go back, if there is not a line.

I visited the location on Sunday 9/17. Vonn and Isaac were exceptional at managing the total number of customers waiting to be serviced. They were patient, kind, and professional. Mr. Vonn fully inspected my filters and recommended replacements, one of which I was able to purchase and he installed. This is my favorite location because it is always a pleasant visit and they help to keep my car running in excellent condition. Thank you, Vonn and Isaac!

Nobody would change my oil because a "universal drain plug" put on by a mechanic, not even the DEALERSHIP. I called and let Mr. Quan know what I was dealing with and he encouraged me to come by. Not only were they able to change my oil, but they did so quickly and he educated me throughout the entire process. They are super efficient, knowledgeable, and they saved me today. They didn't try to upsell me or BS me. Shoutout to Mr. Quan and Mr. Javonte for being amazing.

I’ve been going to take 5 for years and they always take the best care of my car and I. Their prices are very reasonable and you never have to wait that long. Even when you are waiting , they make sure you are cared for by asking if you’d like some water. I used to go to Ford to get my oil change and would have to wait hours on hours. Here it is quick and simple and the rest of your day is yours!

Quick and friendly service. This location is further away than the one closest to my home, but I've made a habit of finding a reason to go to Chesapeake when I need an oil change because of the quality of service. Isaac, a manager, was running an exceptionally well oiled.... machine during my most recent oil change.

The service here is fantastic. As mentioned in other reviews, the wait can definitely take some time. But I would come back again just based on the service and the fact that they didn't try to upsell a bunch of unnecessary services.
