Kel & Tricé where absolutely the best employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking too. They were fun and had the best conversation skills one could ask for they both absolutely deserve a raise if I could give more then five stars I would. Came in for phones left with new phones and a smile and new found appreciation for this T-Mobile location.

Val, D’mme, and Kel are the DREAM TEAM !!!! They helped me today with my new phone. They were knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. It was refreshing to receive such a high level of customer service. I went in needing to purchase 2 phones...the staff (Kel, Michael and Damone) were very friendly, helpful, and patient with me. They were knowledgeable and helped me make sure I made the best and most affordable choices with my phones and plan.

We have been to this multiple times in need of help and have always gotten it. These guys are very helpful and the nice thing is the store usually isn’t too busy like the greenbrier store.

only one person working and a lot of people waiting not paying attention to to what they are doing and we have to wait 40mins and we were second in line and the person working is always telling life stories instead of doing her work and is really slow.

I only have good things to say about t-mobile. I actually had, the prior day, changed carriers (not because of any issues with t-mobile. I truly like their service. ) I needed the number removed from my tablet, and the associate was extremely pleasant and good-natured about assisting me. He answered all my questions, did not try to hard sell me into staying with them, explained the process and removed the number. It was a pleasant experience.

10 star out of 5. Nathan helped me so much faster and a better service than other branches. Helped us with our Tmobike issue and even an AT&T issue, business accounts and with his astute knowledge got us in and out fast! Awesome Tmobile spot, great customer support!

I wanted to run in quickly during my lunch break. I needed to drop off my home internet gateway device as this one was recently upgraded I additionally had to have it taken off my account as tM promised . However , once I entered the store, I decerned, there was no option to do anything but wait as the folks in front of me were being sold on the newest in tech phones and taunted with add a line promos... Why doesn't TMobile plan and staff for an option like this? They claim to streamline and connect us... It seems to me they are making me wait. Just saying.Gonna try again today at lunch.. then after work if not
