I had a great experience at this store. The employee, Mr. Allen took care of me.Long story short...I went to another tmobile store on Battlefield Blvd, the day before, bad experience.However, the tmobile store on Crossways, I recieved management level customer service. Thank you Mr. Allen.

Zero stars if possible. The (inept) associate/s who assisted my parents did not know how to process a Port from Verizon. This resulted in my mother being sent out the store with no service for 4 days! I can't imagine sending a customer out without working service. How hard is it to do a test call? You could have helped her sign into her Apple ID as well for full device functionality...I have sold phones for ten years and have never experienced the lack of care or knowledge displayed in "assisting" my parents. They had to make multiple visits to the store, wasting valuable time. Y'all get paid more on new activations. At least TRY to be of actual assistance.

It would be nice to give your employees a class on etiquette, and how to give customer service. The associate that helped me seemed a tad bipolar with anger issues.

Had to post here to say that Sky was phenomenal with her customer service and help. My wife had her phone upgraded with no issues.I had my phone upgraded at the Battlefield location and had a bunch of issues. Sky helped clarify things and assisted me giving me peace of mind with the awful issues that the Battlefield store gave me. I got everything resolved thanks to Sky. I will definitely be coming back to this location and never stepping foot into the Battlefield location again.

Waited for a very long time and they did not have the screen protector I needed(they currently support the s22). Sure they could have ordered it but it would have taken days and I would have to return to have it installed.

Only T-Mobile store I go to. All the associates are so nice and knowledgeable. And usually have the best stock of new phones

I came on Tuesday to get a new phone and a man named Clinton helped me out! I hadn't gotten a new phone nor changed my phone company in years so I was a bit unfamiliar with the process but he made it easy and explained everything to me. The phone ended up needing to update before finishing our process which took a while but he was very polite and made great conversation while we waited. He was very knowledgeable about the company and my phone set up. If there's an opportunity to move him up in the company, please do it!! He is going to be a major reason customers keep coming back and enjoying their experience.Side note: Pedro was also very polite so I thought I'd mention him as well! Thanks to the both of them!

I switched from Verizon Wireless to T-Mobile because I was frustrated paying $100 per month for a crappy network speed. The store employees did a good job. Very knowledgeable. Thank you.

They have been helping me get my acct straightened out. The first place I went was messing things up and I was getting over charged. They are a corporate store and know what to do. The other was a not but. This is the first time with T mobile and they are very helpful.

great service ? I resentley acquired my home internet from tmobil and it works great ? I used to pay $134 with Cox poor internet, now I only pay $50 and have a better and faster internet with Tmobile
