The staff needs to work on their hygiene! T-mobile needs to pay for these young men to have a fresh shave and a haircut and some deodorant. Shame on T mobile!!

December 18, 2023 around 4:50pm, I went into this store. A store employee (dreads, tattoos) tried to steal my third free line. I went into the store to get 2 of my Boost Mobile cell phone services switch to T-Mobile. I told the employee I wanted to switch my 2 lines to T-mobile and keep my devices. The employee went to the back for a long period of time, and finally came out with 3 sim cards. He scanned the first sim card, and slowly placed the sim card in his back pocket. (Side note: I think the dude had to been high or something because how can anyone not see this.) Then he continued to scan the other 2 sim cards. On the T-Mobile tablet, he had me fill in some information, and I noticed the checkout icon the number "3". I inquired about that, and then the employee said I have 3 lines. Prior to this, the employee never mentioned a third line. I was like "oh, you never told me that. I don't even have a third phone" And then I started inquiring more about the third line which he then told me is free. Then after some time passed, he took the sim card out his pocket (5:36pm), and put it back on the counter. I inquired about purchasing another phone for the third line, and he didn't attempt to entertain my request. After he finished doing that he was doing on the tablet, he had the 3 sim cards by his side, and said he was done. He did not hand me the sim cards. I asked for the sim cards, and he said I don't need them. I said, "how I don't need them? Don't I need them to put in my phone?" He said the numbers will transfer to my devices electronically. Then I asked him, "how is the third number going to transfer to my phone, when I do not have a third phone?" I insisted that he gave me the 3 sims cards, which he gave to me. I was in the store over 2 hours (felt like a long time). December 19, 2023, I am on the phone with customer service for another 2 hours, because the store employee never transferred my numbers. The thief (store employee) created 3 dummy numbers, and only wrote down 2 dummy numbers and gave to me. The store employee never told me which sim cards are associated with what cell phone numbers, which he tried to keep all 3 sim cards at the end. On top of that, they never gave me a receipt because the employees in the store said the printer doesn't work. The telephone customer service resolved my issues; however, in order for them to resolve my issues, they needed the sim cards, which I'm glad I kept. And I do need to put the sim cards in my old phones. Long story short, the thief tried to steal my third line. And after speaking with the telephone customer service rep., she said because I am using the veteran discount, the third line is not free.

I Wouldn’t recommend going here. I went for an upgrade, they said I had to pay the bill first, which I gladly did. I assumed I was going to get the upgrade then they said I was ineligible. They needed my bill to tell me that. I would recommend some training be conducted to that store on what they can and can’t do. Seems like the rep was unsure of a lot. Go somewhere else. Not here

Q helped me through the process of upgrading my phone. In the midst of this, he quoted me for the subtotal of roughly $120. He then charged my card for nearly double the price without informing me that the sales tax (now knowing it was for the upgraded phone) brought my total up an extra $100. He then let me know that I would receive a free Apple Watch with my upgrade. Come to find out that it wasn’t actually free due to me cancelling a watch line within the last 90 days. Not a huge issue and I understand is a mistake on Q’s behalf. The issue is when I brought back the watch (I didn’t even open the box) to return it, I was EXPECTED to pay a restocking fee. It wasn’t even my fault and now I was being told to pay an $80 or so restocking fee. I declined and said I’m not paying that to which the guy helping out Q told me “it’s ok you’ll get a $40 credit”. I demanded yet again that I am not paying a restocking fee for the store promising me a free watch when in fact it was not. After the 3rd time they ended up waiving the fee. It was resolved and I was refunded so I will give them that benefit.I spoke with Skyler at the Greenbrier location who was phenomenal in helping and clearing up a lot of issues I had with the Battlefield location. To anyone reading this review, I HIGHLY suggest skipping this awful store and just going to the Greenbrier one which is 5 minutes away. Their staff is a LOT better trained and has a LOT better customer service.

First review ever. Negative+ positive.Negative: Me and my family went to purchase an iPhone 12. Upon purchasing, we were told by Terrance that we needed to get a specific charging block In order for the phone cord in the box to work. We asked if the phone cord that we have at home which is used for my iPhone 11 can be used for the iPhone 12. We were told by Terrance that we have to purchase a charging block at T-mobile in order for the phone to charge and that we will not be able to use our iPhone 11 cord+ block that we already have because he was saying iPhone 11 charging devices are not compatible with iPhone 12. I understand that iPhone 12 comes with its own cord, but we were specifically asking about the cord we have a home because we did not want to spend extra money when we don’t have to. We definitely found it fishy, but ignored our instinct and went home. Once we went home we found out that my iPhone 11 cord works for the iPhone 12 after all and that we did not need to purchase the charging block. We live 17 min away, so we were disappointed that we had to drive back to return the item after being deceived by Terrance. We were told by another employee that now has been terminated from T-mobile, “you can’t return items that has been opened.” I asked him to show me the rules about where it says that and he was shocked, caught him trying to trick us. He even said that “Terrance told me that people can’t return items that have been opened.” That makes zero sense. After a call with the manager, we were finally able to get the refund. Later, we had a conversation with Terrance and his manager. He flat out denied everything we said and was rude/snarky about it, very unprofessional to lie repeatedly. Why would we drive 17 min again to come back with an infant just to point out how we have been wronged. We aren’t the first people either, but that’s a whole another story. The manager more than likely will not give him any consequences because she claims he’s her most “honest” worker. We beg to differ on that. Is the manager only knew the truth and would take the right actions. Anyways, My wife is the most honest person I know and I am not a hallucinator. This overall experience and injustice is just sad. We will not be going back to this T-mobile location. And I’ve been a loyal customer for T-mobile in general for over 10 years now. Sad. Very sad. We did get our refund, but we should not have gone through that trouble. Corporate needs to get involved, there needs to be repercussions. There are dishonest people being protected in the workplace.Positive review: Malachi is the most honest good hearted person I’ve seen in that store. He stood up for us when we were told that we could not get a refund simply because we opened an item. Malachi is a good man and very professional.

Terrible customer service. Find a different store to go by don't bother going there. They think they can lie to your face without knowing what a shame.

I actually have a Positive and Negative Review. We will start with the negative. Firstly, ya'll should know this is the first negative review we've ever made anywhere. My husband and I are pretty chill people and honestly like to stay away from drama, but the worker Terrance did us dirty there, and we witnessed him doing another customer dirty and just don't want other's to be deceived by him as we were. It waisted our time and our money. In short, I had to buy a new phone because my android wasn't working, so we bought an I-phone 12. When doing so, Terrance told us the phone comes with a cord but not a charging block, but said we could buy the charging block from them. So, we asked him if we could just use my husband's I-phone 11 cord and block until we could get a different one online. He told us we can't use an I-phone 11 cord for an I-phone 12 because its a completely different cord. He went on to say that I-phones 12-14 all have different cords and the I-phone 11 cord is not compatible with an I-phone 12. Which of course is not true. Although an I-phone 12 has a cc cord instead of a USB on the output, the input is still the same and I'm currently using my husbands I-phone 11 cord to charge my 12' which, clearly proves an I-phone 11 cord is still compatible. Works great. Unfortunately, we only discovered that Terrance lied to us later, and in so doing coerced us into buying a $20 block for the cord which we didn't need. Also, when we first stepped into the building we overheard Terrance telling a gentleman that if a package is opened he can't return it. The guy was saddened by this because he seemed to have just purchased the item not long ago. Which also is a lie, they have a 14 day return policy for all of their items, opened or not.We came back to the store later that week to speak to the Manager and return the block. The Manager V wasn't there that day, and we were told by another employee working that day that we couldn't return the charging block (just like Terrance told the other guy), even though it was within their policy time frame. Malachi * The most honest person there* (Shout out to Malachi! He is awesome, professional, and very honest) Anyway, Malachi questioned his colleague as to why it couldn't be returned, and my husband went on to question him as well. Malachi then called the manager, who confirmed we could do the return, which he then took care of for us.We returned a few days later to speak to Manager V, in hopes that this situation could be resolved so it wouldn't happen to future customers. It was then that we were told the man who said we couldn't return the charging block was no longer working with them. She then brought Terrance out who wouldn't admit to his deception. Unfortunately, it didn't appear the Manager was going to do anything to correct Terrance and even went on to say he was one of their most honest workers. Which is not true, if anything, Malachi is the most honest worker there and needs a raise or be put in charge, because he wasn't afraid to stick up for what was right.So. why take the time to write all of this? Honestly, because we don't like being deceived, and we don't like seeing other people being lied to either. We are hoping that corporate will see this and hopefully investigate this so it doesn't happen again. We also are writing this because we believe good people shouldn't be overlooked. Malachi truly does deserve recognition, and we want to be sure he gets it. He deserves a 5 star review. Only reason we are leaving a 1 star is because of our overall experience there. I'll even give a shout out to the guy Tray, he was pretty helpful as well and very kind. Hopefully Justice will happen and nothing like this happens again. In the meantime, we plan to never visit this location again.
