Put a 6in lift on my 99 f350. Bert’s must’ve done the known “toe & go” pretty much told me good luck on getting steering wheel aligned. Called spring suspension & dropped my truck off they fixed the issue & aligned it 100% & had it back to me within a day, no more hitting bumps & the truck wanting to take me right off the road AND they got the steering wheel set perfect.

Ok. Spring Suspension. I originally submitted a review based on my experience with Spring Suspension where I was not happy with the communication and original quote. BUT I have to say, the owner personally called me up and offered to do work that they NORMALLY do not do that a “worker” had told me they would address. I think that this speaks very highly of someone whose has built a solid reputation in the area and cares what we the customers think. I did not go back for them to replace the part on my truck that was slowly malfunctioning BECAUSE it is not something they normally do and the fact is we all are flawed in some way but we hope that when we make a mistake that people will be patient and fair. IF I need more work related to spring and suspension I am going to back to this company because they have earned my trust and respect. I hope that if you need work, this review will help, this company is solid.

I reccomend this place.I talked with other shops in the area and they told me they were backed up for weeks? Dave got me right in and done right. Others around town acted like they couldn't figure out what my issues were? Dave and his crew figured it out quick!!!
