“Started bowling again after a 10 year lay off. Had new balls drilled and they didn't respond the way I had hoped. Bought a ball from a friend and asked him who he recommended to get it re done. He suggested bowling bigger. I set an appointment with dan and got the ball fixed. Was very happy with the way it felt and rolled off my hand. Had dan meet me to find my pap. He got it took my rip cord and plugged it. Got it re drilled and have a sublime drilled. Threw them today and was extremely happy with the way they preformed. It felt like the way I bowled 10 years ago. Now that I have found someone that takes time with you to make sure your hand is right in the ball. He has my business as long as I continue to bowl. “All I can say is WOW!! I went there for a group event and we had so much fun. We also had a chance to do some exercises with boxing sets. Even though I'm disabled, I was not gonna let this stop me from at least trying it out.??The coach who worked with me was amazing and I was able to sit down and punch the sparing padded gloves he had on. I was able to box for about 15/20 mins before I had to stop. It was so HARD!! Lol!! But I'm so glad I got to try! It's definitely a great workout and a great way to let some frustrations out too! Lol!Not sure if I'm going to join (YET) because of some limitations I have, but this is definitely something I want to work up too doing for sure! The boxing coaches are so nice too! They showed us the correct stance. Lots of fun and plenty of exercise! If you want a place to exercise but with boxing, THIS is the place to go! Here is a picture of some of our group using the punching bag.”

Takes his time to explain the science he is using to drill your ball, then ensures you understand how to improve your stance, release and game. Follow on service is amazing as well, takes time to provide fine tuning to ensure the absolute best fit. Will be the only place I use from now on. Just wish I would have found him sooner.”

“My son wanted these Jordan's that they did not have in the store, Erika offered to check and see where we could get them, we ultimately had to have them ordered and shipped. She was a big help as he really wanted them for Homecoming. When the shoes arrived they were a little dirty and had some marks, could have possibly been a demo shoe, we returned them to the store to see if they would be able to get a pair shipped overnight, I ended up calling the 1-800 number and the guy on the other end just wanted to refund our money stating we had to return them for inspection before they could ship any out, Erika got on the phone with the rep and took care of it all, she did a great job, the shoes got shipped out and arrived the next day just in time and my son is super happy. We definitely will be back to make future purchases. I have always been pleased at this store with the purchases we have made.”

So we shopped at least four other shoe stores within the mall before he found the ones he had to have at Champs. Malachi was our super nice and professional store associate who helped with our shopping experience from beginning to end.
