Unique sucked. I was in the chair for like 10 minutes and she couldn’t care less for what i wanted. I literally showed pictures and she butchered my hair. She needs to go!

I brought my two boys here… they were so happy with the results and want to come back! The workers knew what they were doing and cut their hair exactly as they asked. I was a bit nervous because this was our first time here, they were nervous about someone else washing their hair, both of them have long, thick, curly hair and we’ve had bad experiences other places before… but they did way better than expected and the boys were comfortable the whole time!! Cant thank you ladies enough for making their experience a great one and having them looking great for school!

Unique was Unique. Her face was balled up. She has an attitude. She was so pretty, too! She didn't confirm our prior haircut. I asked her, and she said nothing. I showed her a saved picture of said style; it was on their business card. She said she didn't work here anymore and walked away. I just had the card for reference of the kind of cut. Anyone could do the cut is why I kept a picture of the card. It really didn't matter of she worked there I selected her to cut his hair. In the middle of the hair cut she wanted me to confirm the length. I asked for a little shorter, please and she said, "I don’t know what that means and was nasty. You’ll have to give me 1 inch, one and a half inches." Not friendly, Not Kind, and very dismissive. Probably won't return there!

Asked for a fade with a number 2 on the sides and to take about 2” of the top, which would leave about 2”. The sides are different lengths and the looked uneven so I asked to have it evened out and now it ranges anywhere from 1”-3” in length. Hair cuts at this location have been going down hill over the past few years and today was my last visit!

The location I went to was super un-professional. I originally signed in online then sat down once I got there. Then not even a quarter way through my hair cut, my hair stylist gets a previous customer to go with her out to the parking lot to get her tire changed. I waited 30 mins before another stylist was asked to come finish my hair cut. She kept messing up and asking the other stylist in there if she was doing it right then proceeds to ask for help because she couldn’t do a simple skin fade on my head. The haircut all together took around 2 hours to get finished, and my hair still looks like a toddler cut it. I was tired of waiting and didn’t do the MVP as I usually do when I go to sports clips. I will never return there again after that experience again. I’m very disappointed in a place where I actually enjoy getting my hair cut.

This place is the worst. I made an appointment through their system arrived 15 minutes early, received a text after 15 minutes my stylist will be ready in another 15 minutes and 45 minutes after that she is still working on the same person. She spent more time talking to him then cutting his hair. After an hour and a half of waiting I walked out.Terrible and unacceptable

I know COVID is making things difficult but if you aren't there when they open, you aren't getting seen basically. Also on Sunday 2/6/22, I was there 30 minutes before they opened and nobody showed up to work so myself and the many others there just left. Can't believe this is how a big chain operates.Services: Haircut
