Isaiah was easy to work with and definitely made me feel comfortable with the process of looking for my car. Chris/Allison were able to break down the financing portion of the process so that wasn’t overwhelming! Definitely worth stopping here next time you are in need of a vehicle

I really wish I had read the reviews before buying from this dealership. TJ needs some serious training on customer service. How does he even still have a job there, especially as a manager??? I came in for the complimentary detailing and stood at the front counter. He never acknowledged my presence whatsoever. He was on the phone, on speakerphone, with a guy who obviously sales cars too sharing stories about how interests rates were high and the rates their recent customers were getting even with good credit scores. I could understand if he was speaking with a customer or if he had let me know that he’d be right with me but apparently I’m invisible as he did neither. After waiting close to 4 mins on him to at least acknowledge me or to get off of his personal call, I finally asked him if there was someone else that I could speak with so that he could finish his conversation, he looked at me and literally said “what?” TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A BAD ATTITUDE. His position should be reevaluated. Where was this energy when I was buying a car from this dealership less than 24 hours before?Let’s also talk about the fact that CHRIS purposefully took his time to finish my paperwork and had a piss poor attitude all because I asked how much longer it would be after being at the dealership for over 6 hours. Running my credit multiple times after and lying saying he only did it once when I had email notifications of new inquiries being added. Because of his attitude, I went with financing through Navy Federal like I should’ve just done in the first place instead of trying to give them a chance to beat the rate.OTTO was a huge help with us deciding what car we wanted. He did the best he could considering he hadn’t been doing the job very long. However, if I could give ZERO stars based on overall customer service from the rest of the staff, I would.I see that the response to most reviews is that the review has been forwarded to the General Manager. I highly doubt that he follows up. I met him too and he had pushover vibes which is probably why his staff is unruly now.I honestly don’t have anything positive to say about this dealership or my experience buying from there. I would never refer anyone to them, suggest them as a dealership, and I’ll never in my life buy anything from them again.Car shopping can be stressful as is. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else to avoid having to deal with people like this so that your experience can be worth your while.

Service was professional and I was kept informed during my visit. The waiting area was clean and had a nearby bathroom, coffee machine and comfortable chairs. Andrew was very pleasant and explained the process thoroughly since it was my first time at a VW service department. I was pleased.

$3000 dollar "market adjustment" 5k below market value on your trade in! useless add on's that add up to and additional fee on the price.....if their website says $43,000 you are at $50,000k before the finance manager even sees you. Go to Casey(NN) or Stafford(RIC)

Charlie was the most amazing salesman and helped me get my new 2023 VW Taos. He went above and beyond for me and was not pushy and found something exactly in my price range. He thoroughly explained everything to me and showed me all the features to my car as well. He was such a kind, genuine man and I would recommend you ask for him when you go to this location! Overall, all of the staff were so amazing, especially the managers Chris and Patrick. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Your salesman took my list of the model, exterior color, interior color, wheel color I wanted in a very casual conversation. It was more of a list of the colors I didn’t want. I honestly thought that the sale wasn’t going to go anywhere, so I left Southern Volkswagen not expecting anything because of a similar conversation I had with a salesperson from a different dealer. Rob called me about two hours after I left the dealership to inform me that he had found the Atlas I wanted and offered to go pick it up. The sales team guided me through the process, accepting my delayed payment (while I was waiting for a cash withdrawal to go through) and delivered the car to me promptly. I was planning to buy from another Volkswagon dealership closer to my work and home, but they did not offer to either locate my Atlas or to accept the payment agreement even though I visited that location several times.

Excellent service and enthusiastic helpful salespeople. Tanner, Chris, and Patrick were amazing and answered all of our questions and made and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. We are very happy with our experience and definitely recommend making this the first place you check for a vehicle!

Piss Poor Service. Tim never submitted paperwork correctly to my insurance company regarding my claim. 3 weeks later my insurance company had to reach out asking where the rest of the estimate is.

Catalina in Sales, Matt the Sales Manager, and Patrick in Finance all helped us. I can’t say enough about Catalina, she listened and was so patient and kind to my family. She’s a gem. The entire experience was pleasant. Great test drive. My only suggestion is speeding up the process after signing - I guess with kids in tow, you never can be quick enough. They graciously offered plenty of drinks and snacks which helped tremendously. Everyone we dealt with was very understanding of our needs. I was very pleased with the inventory of vehicles as well, plenty to see.

Would not go back here if they were the last VW service department. I went here with a check engine light they said it was a gas cap which is the most common fix for this error code. About a week had passed then the check engine light came on again I called in to schedule an appointment for the same error code took 2 weeks to get an appointment. When I went there they couldn't determine the problem between it being a N80 check valve and a leak detection pump, and wanted to charge me $900 for the N80 valve and $679 to replace the leak detection pump. All you need to do to determine if its the N80 valve is use a fuel and pump vacuum tester which I did and found that was the issue. I purchased the part for $160 off of a VW site and took 15 minutes to replace, and now I have not had the check engine light on for 3 months after replacing part. The other part in question was maybe a $70 part and all you have to do is remove a rear tire and 4 bolts then a plug and play. Last of all I had to leave it over night for diagnostics and when I returned the next day my back two windows were down and the back seat was completely soaked. Would never let this service department touch my car ever again.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my dream truck from Chris’s team! This was my second time buying with Sam and one day there will be a third. She stayed on top of everything I needed to submit, while coordinating with Taeya and Patrick on her team to make sure everything was ready to go when I came in to finalize everything.The whole team was professional and courteous; took ample time to explain things and answer questions; and were even flexible when I needed to handle other business for half an hour in the middle of the purchase process!10/10 recommend Southern Volkswagen - Greenbriar!!
