The saleman, David Hoopes, and GM Matthew Seyfert went above and beyond to help me find the right car. Matt drove 300 miles on a Sunday to pickup a blue manual Jetta for us, replacing my wife's first car - a 2001 manual Jetta in almost the same color. Who does that? Nobody else would have considered it. It was very nostalgic to be able to get this car, and they understood how important it was. It's not that Southern didn't have the blue in manual - almost no other dealership did due to the high demand. Matt made it happen. Awesome experience!

Was interested in purchasing a new car. Sales manager was unwilling to negotiate and low balled me on my trade in (3k less than my best offer) Also, 1600 for “processing fees” that says “taxes” next to it. I really liked my salesman and wanted to make a deal, but alas the sales manager didn’t want to sell me a car today. Ask all the questions when you are doing the back and forth with the salesman and the sales manager. Just an FYI for those that have the power to negotiate, this dealership will not.
