Bill at Southern Collision Center took care of my car with excellent customer service from the first handshake until my keys were put back into my hands. My damage was fixed beautifully and Bill even took my car to Southern Kia service center to get all of my cars service done before I picked my car up. Thank you Bill for all you do!

I recently brought my truck in for tailgate repair after a limb fell on it during a recent storm. Miranda, the advisor I worked with, as well as the staff at the front desk and the technician who worked on my truck, were phenomenal in getting me taken care of, and made sure that the repair was thorough and looked as it should. I would not hesitate to go to them again or to recommend others to them.

I WILL NEVER USE SOUTHERN COLLISION CENTER EVER AGAIN. THEY HAVE HAD MY VEHICLE ALMOST A MONTH. MY SERVICE ADVISOR NEVER CALLED ME WITH ANY UPDATES NOT ONE. WHEN I INFORMED THEM MY RENTER CAR IS RUNNING OUT THEY SAID GET A CHEAPER ONE OMG. ALL I WAS GETTING DONE IS THE BUMPER/ REAR OF MY CAR AND SIDE PANEL. THIS IS NEW FOR ME WRITING A REVIEW. I AM SO DISGUSTED BY THE QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED. I AM A INFLUENCER SO I TRY NOT TO GIVE BAD REVIEWS WHEN CONDUCTING MY OWN BUSINESS HOWEVER, THIS IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL NO CONSIDERATION OR CONCERN ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE TIME AND MONEY. SAD PART ABOUT THIS STORY IS I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR BACK YET! WHEN I JUST REMEMBER I JUST CALLED FOR AND UPDATE THEY SAID IT MIGHT BE ANOTHER WEEK. Someone randomly hit my car while it was parked my spouse called Kelly lentz to make an appointment was able to get my car in and out so quickly! They arranged a rental to be there when I dropped my car off. Best service I’ve ever had! Go here and ask for Kelly lentz she’ll make sure you’re in great hands!!

Best service! Had a car accident reached out for a quote got a call almost immediately from Kelly Lentz! She was able to get my truck into the shop with in that week! Got my truck back with in 2 weeks best results my truck looks brand new!! Highly recommended

Overall 10/10!! I worked with Miranda on getting my car repaired from someone who backed into me a a stoplight. I had front end work done on my car, got into a rental with Miranda’s help, and received updates regularly on my car! And the work looks like nothing had even happened! I give Miranda and the team at southern collision 5 stars and a 10/10 review! Highly recommend southern collision center for any kinds of repairs!

I recommend Southern Greenbrier collision for any accident repair work. My experience was fantastic and Mr. Bill Moison made sure that the estimates were done perfect. He also provided me with regular updates and details on the parts replaced. Vehicle was repaired very well and was delivered on time as promised.

I had the pleasure of working with Miranda Rollman at Southern Collision. My car was with them for a month, and they did an excellent job on my repairs. They were in consistent communication, provided timely updates, worked with the insurance company I was dealing with and connected me to Enterprise to assist with my rental. My car looks like it was never in an accident, and they reviewed all the work and follow-up care instructions because of the paint job that had to be done on the car. I would recommend them for future services, and if you are looking for 5 STAR Customer Service.

So far, I'm not impressed. I was told to pull my car into the garage area, and an adjuster would be with me soon. I stood there 10 minutes, multiple employees came in and out of the area. No one addressed me at all. It was like I was invisible. I had to approach one of them to find out what I was supposed to do( wait in my car, leave the keys etc.) Another customer pulled in after me and an adjuster came right out and spoke to them while I still sat waiting. Very poor customer service! Someone should at least have greeted me or acknowledged me.
I waited another 10 minutes and 1 more car that came in and was helped before me, still no acknowledgment. I went back to the font desk very upset and asked what the issue was. She stated she was calling the manager for me. I was speaking loudly as I was upset and stated that the customer service was awful and that my appointment time was 20 minutes ago. As I'm Talking to her, I hear a man's voice coming from down the hall somewhere I cant see, saying "Ma'am" and repeating it. I didnt think he was talking to me as I couldn't even see him. I decided to go and see if it was me he was talking to and could not believe the gall of this man! He was talking to me! Summoning me to his office! Where he said that I could sit there or in the waiting room and he would help me when he finished up what he was doing. He also stated that the appointment was an hour which was not what I was told on the phone. So I asked then if my car would be an hour from then or my appointment time. I clarified if I would. E done by 11 and he assured me yes. I opted for the waiting area. He then called me. Mind you I am fuming by now and was quite short with my tone and answers. We went to look at the car, when I said not an insurance job he started to give me a lecture about how appraisals work. I told him that I am not new to the world and know that an "estimate" is just that an estimate and not a guarantee. I left the keys and returned to the waiting room. I still do not know this man's name, as he never introduced himself. Next thing I know within 10 minutes, another man who also did not introduce himself came into the waiting room asking for someone whose name was not mine or my 82 year old dad's whose car it was. The man returned came straight to me and said you brought in the magnum right. I said yes, so he began to go over the estimate. He asked if we had any questions, and I did because it seemed like it was done so quickly. I asked if all the damage was photographed and documented on the appraisal specifically about the damage on the rim and tire. He said that he had a picture of the rim on his computer but the damage repair estimate for the rim was not on the appraisal. His explanation was that they couldn't estimate the repair because they could not see if the other side of the rim. I stated that isn't that true of all the visible damage we dont know what damage is behind the bumper and quarter panel but those were on the estimate. I asked that he have the estimate be for all of the visible damage (which is what should have been on it) He came back within a few minutes with the updated estimate and this time only addressed my father and not me. He asked him if he had any questions. However, my dad is very deaf which is why I was there with him. So then the appraiser or whomever he was still had to talk with me. As we left, I thanked the woman at the front desk and stated loudly so the two men could hear that we would not be back

Had a great experience with Miranda Rollman and Southern Collision Center. My Jeep was side swiped and needed repairs and I was well taken care of from beginning to end. Couldn’t have asked for a better line of communication and quality of work. Highly recommended to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.
