Google makes you do one star. I honestly have been having the worst luck with Southern. I reported I needed service completed almost 4 weeks ago. They got me in to do the diagnostic scheduled for August 19. My car stayed with southern for 2 days and was told no rental or temporary car until service began so basically I had no car for 2 days. Then I get a call about it saying they needed a part but the part had to be delivered in 3 days BUT since my car was operable I could take it off the lot and bring it back in 3 days. I took my car home on August 21 and have called multiple times since August 26 to see if the part was in. No call back ever. Got a text though on 09/3 that the part would be in the following Tuesday 09/10. I called several times since 09/10 with no update or callback or text this time. Today is 09/13 and I get a survey asking me how my service has been. How do you think my service has been? It hasn’t even happened but customer service sucks and this has been the slowest service ever despite them saying it’s the fastest in town.

Only gripe that I have is that the interior of my car had dirt/grease all over the passenger and driver seats, driver side door, visor, middle console, steering wheel and head rest, and all the purplish reddish grease left around gas cap. For what I paid they should've treated my vehicle better. That was trifling, but my car is running. Both ladies at customer service however gets 10 stars.

I bought my car there and have been servicing it there for years. This is the first time that I've had to wait 3 and 1/2 hours to just get my car inspected. No one gave me an update or told me how much longer it would take to be finished. I ended up going to the front desk and asking myself after being there for 2 hours. I think that's poor customer service and way too long for just a inspection. Hope things change in the future.
