Ms. Kori was fantastic and took care of all my needs! I felt very welcomed and she explained to me the types of banking that are available, the place is nice and inviting! DEFINITELY BETTER THAN TRUIST & other general banks around the area.If you want good quality service and a bank that has ATM’s around the area of Hampton Roads this is the one! Be kind and nice to this staff, they deserve the best!The app is also very simple to use too!

The Lead Teller is robotic and slow. Management gives lip service but does not take care of customers issues. I understand totally why they have very little customers. It's looking like they won't be around long.
