Hey not only I got a great rate on the new SUV, but we were asked to come back in because finance guy Jake found us a even much better rate which cut our payment in half! If you're in the need of a vehicle please go to Southern and ask for Jake in finance department!

After waiting 20 minutes for Josh to show up for appt. His lack of honesty wasted 3 hours of my life. I didn't buy a car because they have the shadiest.Bait, and switch pricing techniques. There's a price online. There's a price on the car. There's another $1500 for add ons that you didn't ask for and then another $899 processing fee. Read the small print and then run before you get attaches. They are very sneaky and not forthcomingabout this info.
It is very confusing and not all online . They totally were not straight up about any of it. Thankfully, it came to light before we did any paperwork, but we wasted three hours in the process.

Terrible dealership. Was lead to believe that a truck was available and it wasn’t. Only kept conversation going with me to try pivot me onto another vehicle. Once you give up your information you will be bombarded with emails even after requesting to unsubscribe from the email chain.
I very specifically ask Jake Lynch to take me off the contact list after the “unsubscribe” button was unsuccessful. Instead of replying to my email, he had since ghosted me.

My fist time buying a car from a dealership and it was the worst experience of my life. Had me sit there for 12 hours just to sell my car after I leave!! So unprofessional. They definitely serve who they want to serve. They didn’t want my money I guess.

Dealership are full of liars and crooks. I listed a bad review and told the truth about how they treat customers. They responded with we care and will be reaching out to get this resolved over a week ago not a single call , email text message nothing they don't care once they have your money. You don't matter anymore. I would suggest buying somewhere else even if it cost more money. Still waiting on a refund of my deposit that wasn't applied to my purchase and was told more than once that it was being issued. It had been 4 months no refund they just took the money as of it was a bonus .
