It's a ghetto-mart, lower your expectations. The people who work there are friendly and that's really all you can ask for with a ghetto-mart. It ain't like the clerk owns the place lmao they're cool people and they don't take 100 years to hand you a pack of smokes. They've kept the same staff longterm which imo is a pretty good look for a business. High turnover rates are sketchy. Place is clean, people are nice, clerk knows the behind-the-counter products, all in all a good GAS STATION.

I used to come here a lot to fill my work trucks but I probably won't be back. The diesel seems ok but the gas doesn't last as long. Also today I bought a coke, a pop tart, and a slim Jim and it was $10. I could get actual food at another gas station for the same price. Seems like they did away with all the affordable snacks

Charged my debit card a hold for $90.41 hold (strange number) yet still sacked me instantly for what I did get, which was only $20. I called to ask about it and they said I would have to contact my bank (this was a Sunday). Don't save enough $$ to bother with them unless you're getting a LOT of fuel.

Never had any problems with the service, always have been polite & friendly ! I was here last week they usually have a discount on the gas if you pay cash. Also have vacuums for your vehicle .

Horrible customer service. There's one guy in there who has a horrible attitude whenever I walk in there, and I'm friendly as can be and still get an attitude from him, big tall guy with a nose ring. He shouldn't work there nor any customer service job. This the last time they get my money until y'all hire better people.

I tried to get a car wash and something went wrong. I assumed it was my fault but I still needed my car washed so I paid and tried again. The machine still did not work. This is fine I'm not angry I just want my money back because obviously there is something wrong with the machine. THEN I MET BRENDA. Worst customer service I've ever had. She told me no and called me "****** Brenda said she would refund one but not the other (which I understand and would have accepted had she not called me d***** She then told me if I wanted the other SHE would have to call the office. I said that was fine and she proceeded to just stare at me and tell me that she would not call the office. She did provide me the number. I called and spoke with a very nice man (Ed) who was apologetic and explained that they just needed to look through the receipts first because some people try to pull things over on them. This made sense and if Brenda had approached it like that I wouldn't have had an issue. He told me to just go in the next day and she would give it to me. The next day, I go in and ask for Brenda. Oooooh Brenda. She comes out and starts fussing at me again and telling me how what I did just "make no sense" (quote from her). Over and over again, until I finally had to tell her to stop talking and just give me my refund. She did not stop, but I got my refund. If I called a client d**** I would be fired. If I mouthed off to a client, I would be fired. One of two things need to happen with Brenda: she needs to learn how to talk to customers or she needs to be fired. My vote is for the latter. The only positive thing I have to say is how incredibly nice and courteous the office manager (Ed) was, thank you for your amazing approach to customer service.

Cashier was on the phone with her mom. Nacho dispenser was out of cheese. I told the other cashier who was doing something with lotto tickets and she gave an attitude and acted like she had no intention of fixing it. So I leave with nachos and like 5 chips worth of cheese. Oh! And the toppings that you put on the nachos( pickles,onions, relish etc) where not chilled. So who knows how long they've been sitting at room temp growing bacteria. Anyone with a food handlers card knows that after being left out without refrigeration past 4 hours reached the point where it's unsafe to eat because of the quantity of bacteria. All I wanted was coffee cigarettes and nachos.

Went for a car wash. Paid 7 dollars for a detail wash of something I could do with a water hose at my house. Still have dirt all over. Mainly mad I went in and asked for a receipt and they said they can't help me because I paid in the back. No sign to tell me about this neither. Will never return.

Called to ask if they had 18 Wheeler pumps she said yes. Not once but twice. There is no room for a tractor trailer there. Smh
