Not the cheapest, just the most available locally owned tax service. Perhaps I'm biased, but they have always treated me courteously and I would recommend them to anyone needing their taxes done!

Shiftlett Tax Service always gets my taxes done in a timely manner. The paperwork for my occupation is complicated and has been messed up in the past by other tax servicers. Shiftlett gets it done right the first time for a great price. I have been going to them for 4 years now. They have great costumer service as well.

I have been going to Shiflett for years but when they filed my 2019 taxes it was wrong and I was notified by Irs that it was filed incorrectly and had to pay back refund. I figured it was a minor mistake but went back for Shiflett to do my 2020 taxes and again my taxes were filed twice and again incorrect which affected not getting a stimulus check for Shiflett had to file an amendment and wouldn’t return phone calls. I did get a partial refund for the poor service but now my 2020 filed taxes is still messed up. Customer service has hit rock bottom. Please save yourself a hassle
