I’ve used this location since 2011 and the service there has always been awesome. A new home later and I go in today to needing paint to touch up areas in a very special room to us. The builder didn’t leave anything for me to use and all I walked in with was the color type. After talking with the experts there I walked out with paint and a new set of suggestions to help make for a seamless chore. Paint was spot on, pun intended, and now that everything has dried you can’t see the multiple areas I had to focus on. If this hadn’t worked it would have looked like my room had a case of the pox.
Great product, wonderful location, and always top notch staff. Many, many thanks.

The manager (Dan) is fantastic to work with!Had an issue with the paint luster, he switched the (2) galloons I purchased for the correct sheen.Excellent Customer Sevice

far as I concerned . this is what I get for stopping at another Sherwin store than my normal store in Smithfield. the woman there with short gray or white whatever hair color with the nasty damn attitude should not work in any sites with retail her attitude nis horrible .I suggest no one ever buy from there

Great service and great staff. Charlie and Ashly helped me and my wife find colors to fit our new home and they look great! They even were able to recommend a few contractors that actually called me back and are coming out to give us a quote.Wish I could give 6 stars!!

I was just screwed out of a hundred dollars at the portsmouth boulevard store. Their computer showed that I had a one hundred and forty two dollar credit and a two hundred dollar credit. And it also showed that I had a bill of two hundred and ninety seven dollars. I ended up owing them ninety seven dollars. And when I asked what happened to the one hundred and forty dollar credit. No one could explain it. They told me we don't know where that came from. And I told Dumb that I bet I do. So sherwin williams got me for a hundred bucks. Butwill see daily thousands among my customer base.. Magically disappear. And the little overweight troll that appears as a assistant manager is not helping your cause either

Woman at front desk was absolutely rude and stared at me like I was stupid. Don’t come here unless your a expert in paint or they will talk down to you. They need to have customer service training and I’m taking my business to home depot a few feet away.Update: Home Depot was able to help me with zero difficulty and was very helpful.

My husband came to this store to get a gallon size of a sample paint we’d purchased from another location. The sample we had was from a paint color we’d selected from the options within the store (we didn’t mix two colors to get a special color or anything like that). The store associate belittled my husband telling him that we needed to go to the original store to ensure the colors matched, and stating that anyone who paints would know that. My husband left, went to the Lowe’s nearby and got the color we needed NO PROBLEM and it matched perfectly.

This is my paint store from now on.Dan and Paris got my business account up in record time and helped answer any questions I had.
