Jalen is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He does a great job of making sure he understands the job you’re trying to complete so that he’s recommending exactly what you need. Jalen and this store are so great, I keep coming back to it even after they opened a brand new location closer to my house.

I was greeted right when I walked in and was asked questions about my project. I had a lovely conversation with Jalen regarding what I was wanting to do with this space in my house. He asked if I needed supplies, which I did and he helped me get everything I need and even a few things I didn't think I needed but have definitely helped make this project easier. He didn't break my bank either! The three gentlemen (including Jalen) were so polite, fun and professional. The entire shopping experience brightened my day! Thank you for great products and especially for such great service!

Great customer service. The employees and manager were very friendly. They answered a few questions and had a few recommendations. I would recommend checking this store out for painting needs. It’s worth the slightly higher prices to be acknowledged when you walk into the store and have assistance within minutes of needing it and some normal conversations while your paint is being mixed than it is to have to hunt down an employee at other stores which is a waste of time.

Everyone at this location is very friendly and knowledgeable. I came last week and Ray was very helpful in answering all of my questions as well as letting me know about a sale they had going on. Today Jalen was the one to help me and he was amazing! He was able to help me choose the right paints for my projects as well as walk me around the store to help me gather all the odds and ends I would need to complete my project! Highly recommend!!!!

This location has the worst customer service. I was overcharged and yelled at by Bob. He told me to come back the next day to talk to the manager and to get a refund on the overcharge as he had tried to ‘appease’ me. Sure, I’ll leave work early to catch the manager to be reimbursed for your error Bob. The absolute worst.

I highly recommend shopping here. The staff were very friendly and helpful even looking up information for me about the paint colors and carrying my order to my car for me. The online shopping experience was very easy and my order was ready very quickly

I have been a customer at this location for a few years now and always receive good service. Prices are significantly cheaper during sales, which allows me to buy high quality paint at excellent prices.
