I really appreciate the kindness of the people who work at the stores. I am always able to call and ask questions or ask questions in-person without feeling rushed. The knowledge has been so helpful and I love how my painting projects have come out!

I really dislike giving 1 Star Reviews but in this case, they deserve it. I came in looking for a wood stain for a home project that I'm working on. The young lady behind the counter was very rude and sarcastic. If I didn't need the product to finish my project, I would have walked out of the store. I will not be back.

Took them a moment to acknowledge me at the counter, then when I told them the paint color needed (specific color name and code required by my HoA for fences), the young man asked for the HoA's account number and I only had their company name, he seemed quite perturbed and proceeded to look it up. I didn't understand why he needed it, considering that I was paying, not putting the cost on an account or bill.While I wasn't impressed by the customer service or price, the paint was mixed well and matched the old fence.

I was helped as soon as I entered the store. Not in a anxious way but in a way to let me know that I was welcome. There were many customers there at the time yet the people who helped me took as much time as necessary to get my needs taken care of. I heard no complaints from the salespeople as to the working environment or management. I appreciate that
