I went there on Sunday to get can of Cabinet Paint, I had previously bought there showed it to the girl. She said we don’t carry that anymore. I asked if you carry something similar. Her response was I’ve only work her less than year. I asked is there someone you can ask her response was No.

After purchasing Valspar paint from Lowes, there were a few questions that the sales associate at Lowes couldn’t answer. Of course I left Lowes frustrated!! Decided to visit Sherwin Williams which manufactures Valspar paints and ask questions. JP went above and beyond to assists with my concerns!! He’s definitely an asset to the company!!

I walked into the store hoping to get a match on some paint from the 70's. The first sales lady tried to match it, but they didn't have a base for the paint I needed. She said they couldn't match it. Another sales lady took it and she started experimenting and came up with nearly a perfect match. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out in this post.

Amazing customer service from Sherwin Williams on N Battlefield. Last thursday my husband and I went to Sherwin Willians to buy paint as we scheduled our painter to come on friday. We first went to the one across from the hospital but they close earlier since they mostly deal with commercial accts. We went to the one on N Battlefield and were happy they were open.
