I purchased a voucher on Groupon and was so excited to try this place as the reviews were great...sadly, I have yet to redeem it because everytime I call, no one answers and I have yet to be called back to schedule.While the service may possibly be great, I'll never know which leads me to my 1 star review.

This was my first time at Shear Luxury Salon & Spa. I have an aversion to being touched but learned about the spa and their services through a small group experience at church. India, my massage therapist, facilitated a group about the importance of massage therapy. She had such a beautiful spirit and was so passionate about this self-care practice that I was compelled to give it a try. I have a stressful life and am committed to self care. My experience was amazing. India took time to gain an understanding of my needs and build rapport prior to the session. She was kind, patient, and explained the process in detail. The atmosphere in the room was relaxing and inviting. I had no issues because India made the me feel comfortable and continued to check to ensure that there was no anxiety. I will definitely use these services again.
