This place has gone down hill fast! The receptionist is a class A jerk along with the new owner. They behave like a couple of school girl bullies, aren’t helpful at all, treat their staff with disrespect, don’t listen to the customer’s needs. I will never return to this place again.

Absolutely disrespectful place don’t recommend anybody go here the lady Avis gave me a uneven part it wasn’t lined up with my nose it was 3 inches to the side under my right eye braids were lose the lady did not listen messed my hair up 3 times b4 fixing it and still did not do my hair right lady said I wasn’t allowed at the shop anymore bc I wasn’t pleased with the results the owner was super rude and called me a lier and said the hair stylist was a perfectionist when she wasn’t bc she messed my braids up and created knots in my braids she tied the rubber bands so tight I couldn’t even grip them to take them out all around if I can give them no stars I would don’t recommend you waste ur money at this salon u will be disappointed

I do not recommend this place as I went in to get low lights put in to blend the blond only on the top of my head and I was given Trish who I already had a hair cuttery (didn't know at the time of booking) she wasn't good there either. When I came out all I had was a darker "blond" All she did was color it. There was "no blending"! For $75.00 plus a big tip I could of done that for 8-. Never again. When I brought this up to the manager she said the stylist are independently employed meaning they don't stand behind the customer's dis-satisfaction!

Today was my first try at this salon. I had Laura Nance while there. She was prompt, conversational and professional. Everyone in the salon was practicing sufficient COVID protocols and made me feel safe. I will definitely be back to see Laura in the future. The cost and the quality of service are unmatched. I am happy with my hair and the price I paid for it.

Abby is absolutely amazing! Each time I visit her to refresh my partial balayage, she is professional, kind, and works in a timely manner. Abby shows true empathy for her clients and ultimately wants the best outcome for their hair health! I will continue to see Abby and fully trust her professional expertise.
