I worked with Ludy to sell my car. She was wonderful! Had the paperwork ready for me once I made my decision. She even went out of her way to help me get a refund on extra service perks I purchased when I originally bought the car. She even gave me a ride home afterwards!

This was the second car I sold to them. Ludy and ML are great people to deal with. Got exactly what I wanted to get out of both deals!

My experience with selling my vehicle to First Team was flawless. I completed the online form which included the vehicle details late one evening. The next day Mr. Jackson contacted me and came to the house to assess the vehicle. His initial offer was a little less than Carmax. When I informed him of that he quickly raised his offer to beat theirs. He went back to the dealership to prepare my payment and contacted me when the check was ready for pickup. He offered to return to bring me the payment and pickup the car but opted ro have him text me when the check was ready. A few hours later the transaction was complete and Mr. Jackson drove me home.I highly recommend First Team if you have a vehicle to sell.

We sold our Subaru to first team and could not be happier with the experience! Ludy made the process seamless and even came to us to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. We definitely recommend working with them over Carvana or vroom. You will get a better rate and they will make the process much easier.

Worked with Ludy to sell my car and I have to say it was one of the most seamless and easiest experiences I have ever had. She was very attentive and could be reached anytime. Walked me through the whole deal and delivered as she promised. Very professional young woman and an asset to her team!

What do I have to do to get them to call me???! I've texted, I've called, their phone lines have been down all day whether I dial service or sales. Just Standard service for anything Jax Not happy. At all.

Let me start off by saying I have had my vehicle from first team since 2015. I bought my car right out of high school and was naive. I was told that I could come in any time for an oil change and did not need an appointment. I quickly learned that meant waiting 3-4 hours, and even with an appointment the wait is at least that long. Secondly, I had my brother check my transmission recently since I could feel it shifting a bit harder than usual. Come to find out, the cap was missing off my transmission and my brother found it sitting right underneath. I go to Honda and they pull out paperwork saying that they noted in my file that it was missing in 2020. So the cap has been off since then even though they had been the only ones to service my car since I got it and there is a "multipoint inspection" at every oil change. Not likely. I have tried multiple times to reach out to managers and other staff to understand my warranty better to see what I can do and have not received any returned phone calls. At this point, I do not care if my warranty is voided. I will take my car somewhere else to have it serviced to protect my investment. Warranties are useless if it's the dealership that messed up the car in the first place.

So I was told by sales manager Tommy that the only person to speak with about situation with my truck is the GM Michael-Toohey. So on 4/19/22 I left a message for him so when he came in on 4/20/22 he could look into situation and call me back. Nope I called on 4/20/22 left two more messages and then third time calling spoke back to Tommy sales manager and he informed he's not gonna call me back since I blasted them and said I was getting a lawyer. Now I stated I informed if we can't get to a resolution then I will look into one there's no threat and me stating facts is not bashing. Bottom line is the vehicle I was given had issues and I'm not saying they knew upfront but I made it clear from day one of receiving it that there was issues. If I took my car to service and in sept your saying exhaust now same issue and now it's transmission either you really don't know or no repairs were done. I am not responsible for repair when I got it this way I'm just asking to see what will be done will you fix it or place me in another third row truck? I'm paying for a vehicle that has issues and not sure how long it will hold up and I can't get a call back from the GM with a yes we will assist or a no we won't but to ignore me is not the professional way to handle situation. I was clearly told any issues that's been documented will be serviced by them since it was issues when I purchased now no one is upholding that statement. Seems they said anything to keep the sale and pass me along but hey here we are yet again because problem was never resolved. I understand it's a used as is car but when I drove off lot check engine light should not have been on. That vehicle should have been inspected from top to bottom before being sold. Just own the situation and resolve it.
