Great place to go and get reasonably priced appliances and furniture. Ms Debroa, sales associate assisted us in what we needed and desired. She was also very knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. Highly recommend American Freight!

Great place great customer service. Very happy with the new freeze we got. Prices are fair. They offered us delivery but we went and picked it up from the store on our own. I hope everyone has as good of an experience with them as we have.

I am at this store. It is 11:40.The door is locked. Their door says 10. When you call, the message says 1130. The Norfolk store does not pick up their phone either. I was ready to buy immediately, and now will have to go somewhere else. Unprofessional. Unsat. If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give them negative 10 stars I would gladly. I sat there hopeless for 20 mins and still had no service. I guess if you are not Hispanic you don't matter. VERY DISSATISFIED. I never had this treatment in norfolk. Don't waste your time.

So easy to walk in and not be bombarded with sales people hounding you to buy! Romeo and Eddie were very helpful, professional, and gave us room to breathe! We left with a sofa set we fell in love with! Thank you guys for a great experience!

Ms Debra at the South military highway location in Chesapeake, Virginia is the best. She was kind and courteous helpful. She saw me and my husband walking around the store and looking for furniture. And she did not hesitate to come over introducing herself and helped us to get a new Couch as well as a mattress. she is the best. THANK YOU MS DEBRA

I will have to give this site 5 stars. The manager Mr Williams was kind and professional and offered great customer service. You just don’t see this kind of customer satisfaction anymore. Thank you very much Tom, happy holiday. Oh yeah and I got a great deal online, thx American freight my daughter will be very happy with her new bedroom set for Christmas.
