I have been coming to Anjum since 2015, and she does exquisite work. I have not allowed anyone else to service me since. I come to her regularly and highly recommend Sarvana's in McArthur. Thank Anjum!

While I did receive decent enough Brazilian wax services, I am allergic to the wax most recently used. I called to cancel my package and upcoming appointments for a refund and have been given the run around for about a week now. Pay as you go...if you go ?Update: I've come to the conclusion that these people are crooks and will be reporting to the better business bureau. No refund

The inside was very pretty and clean. The lady who threaded my eyebrows was also very nice. Took a little too much off the bottom brow for me, but otherwise the eyebrows still look great.

I purchased a membership before the Pandemic. I only used the membership 2 times before the Pandemic hit. I asked if they would honor the membership. They refused. The membership is only for a reduced rate for service not free services with the membership. Do not buy the membership they will not honor it.

Poor quality work, but pricey. They raised their prices a hudred percent compared to the last year. The lady spent exactly there minutes on threading (I looked) and did a very poor job. I pointed out a few spots she missed. She fixed them reluctantly and was in a rush to get me out. I had to complete this half-done job at home, myself, in front of the mirror. She also did not disinfect her hands befor the procedure when stepped out of cash register. Unsanitary, overpriced and poorly done. Do not recommend.

Don’t come here unless you want half of your eyebrow taken off and the shape ruined. I came in for just a cleanup, left with hair all under my eyebrows and botched eyebrows. When I told her that she didn’t do them right she said no she did but my eyebrows are literally ruined. I also have cuts under my eyebrows. And on top of that she still made me pay for the service. The ownership is horrible. Next scheduled appt was scheduled 6 weeks ago and 2 days before said appt, they call to cancel. They are not flexible in rescheduling, either I work around them or they aren't going to help. They suggested me going 20+ miles out of my way to another location instead of working something out at the location I chose due to it being close to my home and work. I asked for a refund of what was left of the bundle I paid for and they refuse to provide that or even try to work with me about rescheduling.

Brought a Groupon for this location, which is typically how I find places, and I must say Brooke did not disappoint. She was truly phenomenal. Professionaliam, personal, friendly, and just overall amazing. This was my first pain less brazillian wax and I've had many, but Brooke was gentle and she really took her time!! Go there!!! You will not be disappoint!!!!
