Always a great experience at Sam's Club...typically...lol. down load the app so you can scan and go to beat the cheak out line. This will not help with the lines to get out the door, but it usually mo es pretty quick. I recommend going during low peak hours to avoid the crowds. Pro tip* The gas station is usually open an hour after the store closes, and the lines are drastically shorter.

Great Sam's Club, always clean, always updating products. The lines can be busy on the weekends, but I highly recommend using the convenient and easy to use Scan and Go app. Skip the lines by downloading the app and then setting up your membership and payment information. As you select items just scan the barcode with the app on your smartphone. Once your shopping is done, simply checkout and the payment will be processed and head to the exit. The employee at the exit will scan the QR code on your smartphone and you're done and on your way. Use that app! Suggestion to Sam's: link the shopping list and the Scan and Go to mark off shipping list items.Get the membership that allows earlier entry.Cannot stress enough, use the scan and go appKeep an eye out for deals, look for the yellow price markers.

Love Sam's! We needed 30 pork butts for a benefit. I called and spoke to someone in the meat dept., the next day he called saying he had gotten them in and gave me a great price! Very helpful and friendly!. Wish I could remember his name!

RE: TIRE CENTER-We asked for tires to be ordered, And confirmed it would be 10 days before they would be in. So we waited an additional few days thinking about the weekend and obviously no one plays the order , No one will answer the phone over there.Even when put through from the main club number and you actually get hung up on.The national center couldn't even help because they couldn't even see it and they said if they reordered it would be another seven days.The main club is great but the tire center needs a lot of help!

This 5 stars is for the manager Jayne at this Sam's Club ( Chesapeake Square). She actually knows what she is doing, She knows where to find the merchandise and she has great costumer service (SHE CARES)!!!!! She has helped me on multiple occasions and has always been the same. If it wasn't for her I would probably give this Sam's club 3 stars. Thank you ma'am for being so great and I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year ?

I only pickup a few items. I do the scan and go. They still scan every item when I leave. Like I've stolen something. They see the receipt and still scam every item. I'd rather go to Costco, least I don't feel like a criminal.

The line to leave the store was longer then it was to pay. Starting to get a bit ridiculous think I should stick to BJs or Costco.

First time shopping inside this location at Chesapeake Square Mall. It’s the day before Thanksgiving. I have a plus membership so I entered the club around 8am with my daughter. I had 7 items in my cart along with my daughter. I stopped in the toy aisle to “Scan & Go”…an employee came down the aisle and started scanning random toys (but not picking anything up). I thought this was completely innocent at first and then another customer came down the aisle so I moved to the next aisle that was filled with Christmas decorations. My Sam’s Club app glitched but came back up while I was in the Christmas section. I resumed scanning my last item and paid on the app. Next thing I know the same employee is in the same aisle as me again but this time he’s scanning random Christmas decorations without picking up anything. He looks down in my cart and I proceed to the front door. Needless to say this could have been completely innocent, but if it were I think a simple “do you need help with anything” would have sufficed (especially since the app glitched while I was scanning my items), instead I’m pretty sure I was just profiled as a thief. I will never shop at this location again.

Fair prices on their items. The food court.... that's amazing. I got 2 very large pieces of pizza, a cinnamon pretzel and 3 drinks and paid $6 and change.

The staff is great, but in regards to ordering online for pickup the staff needs some training. Being given a day from expiration groceries should never be a thing.

The store is kept clean and well organized. Weekdays are less busy. Never a problem with returns as long as you have the correct documentation.
