good selection of products. workers have just a bit too much sass to be considered professional at this location. hate asking any store employees questions here. getting snapped at by employees reminds me why I dislike this location. a smile from the employees would even be great but I'll just go to VA beach location. gas is cheaper there too.

I was deeply saddened to learn that the new CEO (Chris Nicholas) has decided to remove the boxes that were once provided at the exit of Sam's Club. This change has made it incredibly inconvenient for elderly customers to carry their groceries out of the store. Bringing back the boxes is crucial, as it ensures that every customer, especially those who struggle with mobility, can manage their purchases with ease. Otherwise, I fear that BJ's will earn my loyalty instead. This decision reflects a lack of consideration for the elderly and only adds to their physical burden, increasing the need for additional assistance. It's disheartening to see that the CEO prioritizes profit over the well-being of loyal patrons.

Always a great place to find your bulk items for most of your household needs. You can usually find groceries, toiletries, clothing, TVs, computers, office supplies, and furniture. Items rotate seasonly so you may have to plan what you're trying to look for. Gas at this location tends to be higher than some of its sister locations. The staff are polite and professional and knowledgeable. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

POSITIVE: Always have good items. Older lady at customer service was awesome and helped us a lot, unfortunately she left and there was only 3 clerks that had no knowledge in sales
NEGATIVE: Many of you that buy with virtual cards should know that AFFIRM is known thru many stores, my wife and I went to buy a TV and 2 clerks and their Managers were denying an affirm payment and did not bother to find out if it was or not accepted at the Store, instead gave us the excuse that Store isn’t up to date with modern payment methods, they all need to get better training in technology in order to not loose sales that way.

Not a happy a customer with the Sam's club on battlefield in Chesapeake and with the Sam's Club mobile app and Sam's club website over the tires order causing me to have a panic attacks and I am really scared/nervous/worried about this Keep on calling me about more tires came in like this is not my fault here it's the systems errors/or mobile app technical issues and Sam's club website Very scared and nervous and worried about this With people these days u never know anymore if know what i mean ? ? Can you ship them back or no to where it came from since it cause me panic attacks/break down

New members here and we were blown away by how affordable the food was at the cafeteria! We now come on nights I don’t get a chance to cook or we just want to take the kids out to have pizza! Shopping here is great, too and definitely rivals other comparable stores. We really enjoy this warehouse and even more so now because of their snacks.
