What an amazing young lady at the service desk at the Chesapeake Square location! As angry impatient customers barked at her left and right, and for things she had absolutely no control over. She remained kind, respectful and professional!Pure class! I know your parents are proud of you!I applaud your attitude young lady!I highly recommend Shacaya at Sams Club Chesapeake Square!...and the manager Aaron is great too!

Customer service is terrible!! Management is terrible! After shopping we stopped at the food court and every fountain drink was out and sprayed everywhere. I grabbed a bottled drink and the lady at the counter yelled that's not the same price I said that's fine I'll pay for it the next thing I know a cop and 3 people from management are walking towards me saying I refused to pay for my drink. After confronting management there was no acknowledgment of the poor customer service or incorrect information their employe gave all I got was I just work here. unnecessary commotion over a $0.99 drink. I WILL not be renewing my membership or stepping foot in another Sams club.

It's a Sam's Club. The cafe is almost always out of something so definitely don't go counting on it. Bizarre how challenging it is to keep hot dogs available."It'll be 2 hours for hot dogs" HOW?

My daughter went to pick up a birthday cake that she put an order in for. She was told to pick it up at 5:00pm on Friday, February 17th. She showed up a few minutes BEFORE her time and NO ONE was there! The lights were off, and all the bakery staff were GONE! There were other customers showing up at that time to pick up orders also. How are you going to tell customers to come at that time, and you aren't even there? Y'all need to get it together Sams Club Bakery!

Not a happy a customer with the Sam's club on battlefield in Chesapeake and with the Sam's Club mobile app and Sam's club website over the tires order causing me to have a panic attacks and I am really scared/nervous/worried about this Keep on calling me about more tires came in like this is not my fault here it's the systems errors/or mobile app technical issues and Sam's club website Very scared and nervous and worried about this With people these days u never know anymore if know what i mean Can you ship them back or no to where it came from since it cause me panic attacks/break down .

My son had an interview today. He was very excited. He then would find out in the MIDDLE of the interview, from someone who randomly walked in, that he was too young for the position. He had asked was 16 the hiring age and he was told yes, hence the interview. However when he got there, after waiting over 30 minutes and prepping for hours, he was told that they started this NEW policy just months ago. This is my Sam's club that I always go to. Safe to say I will never step foot in there again and neither will my friends. I'm not upset he has to be 18, I'm upset that the hiring managers are careless and inattentive as to not check someone's resume and application before calling them in for an interview. Bad for business.

I wish there was an option to give them ZERO stars. The customer service here SUCKS. And when you report it to a floor supervisor most of them don't give a damn. And that's probably why the staff acts the way that they do. However if there is one manager that does care and I don't remember her name she has a heavy Caribbean accent. If you are lucky enough and she is there when you have a problem that's who you want to speak with. Other than that the employees don't care. And God forbid you do a pick up. The females hate having to bring your items out to your car. They will slam your items, not greet you, not smile, no courteous manner to themselves at all. I hate coming to this particular location. From this point on I will be driving the 12 extra miles to another location or better yet I will give my money to BJ's before I come back here. This store SUCKS!!!! I get an attitude with myself whenever I have to come here. Even doing scan and go, I despise coming here. Fix your team higher ups because they SUCK!!!

The customer care lady Mrs Linda made sure I was taken care of while being pleasant and listening to my needs. The store is a pretty big store but she pointed me in the right direction for my purchase. I really appreciate her above and beyond customer service

Customer service is not one of their strong points! Seems as though 90% of their employees were in a bad mood, or maybe I just went there on a bad day! Either way I sure there's someone out there who would lobe to have that job, and would be pleasant and appreciative while performing it!

I usually shop at the one in Hampton, not that they are much better, but the customer service here is NON EXISTENT! I stood for 10min at the register waiting or assistance, after asking multiple times for someone to come and help, the only person in the store, apparently, capable of helping finally came to "help" she did nothing. Part of the problem is that you are under staffing! It is ridiculous that the person at the membership counter is the only person in the store capable of helping at the self checkout, and given you only have two manned lanes, you clearly want people to use self checkout. You absolutely need to make this system better!

I ordered about 90 cupcakes from Sams Club for an office party. The process to order was super smooth and I came back the next day to pick them up. It was $14.99 for 30 cupcakes. I'm not sure I could beat that deal anywhere else. The checkout lines we're getting a bit long but it didn't take long before someone came along and opened two additional registers to get the lines moving. Overall my shopping experience was pretty good!
