Folks need to remember that the Doctor is NOT the Sam’s Club Optical. I went to unaffiliated Dr here and like many of the reviews, it was a terrible experience. Slow, receptionist was argumentative and basically, unhelpful. I finally went to a different Dr 2 years ago and it was a much better experience.Now as for the Sam’s Club Optical team…I have been coming here for years (10+) and they are absolutely awesome! I have had broken glasses, they fixed them. Lost glasses, they replaced them. I even had one pair that the focal point was off and they remade them 3 times to get it right! As I said, they are awesome!!!

The doctor here is fantastic and always takes the time to discuss my vision converns and help me find the best options for my needs. Absolutely wonderful :)

Hours online are wrong. Receptionist was not able to provide any advice on a different doctor in the area.They decide when they want to stop taking walkins even though I showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes before the "door" closing time says.Dont even waste your time coming here.

I've been waiting for an hour to have someone input my information. Doctor is waiting on receptionist. Ridiculous.
