Use to be a great salon with very professional service. Stylist double booked last few appointments so an hour long service now takes 2.5 hours. This is not fair to customers who do not have hours to spend waiting in the salon. Also seems a bit greedy on the part of the stylist. In addition, the color service was bad and then of course needed to be corrected. More time spent in the salon. No apology from the stylist who then tried to charge me for her mistake. Another blow! Finally, no receipt was ever texted to me after paying.

Unprofessional. Low class ! Older receptionist sounds like she's 5 when she answers the phone. Worst salon ! Messed up my hair ! Bad !

These ladies are the best! Very comfortable atmosphere, not snooty at all, as with soooooo many salons!! Our stylist/ colorist is Michelle and she is as beautiful in the outside as she is on the inside!! ❤ Amazingly talented!!

I was already nervous about getting my hair colored and I showed the stylist (Ada) a picture of what I wanted. She did advise she didn't have that color exactly but she will get close to it. My hair came out highlighter pink, when I asked for a lightish brown. I was horrified. She tried fixing it which turned it to orange, then finally we came to a yellowish brown color which was better (hours later.) I went home not realizing she never did finish cutting my hair, she started on one side and then she never finished, and I never got a blow out, which was also in the package I paid for. I'm not sure of the other stylist but I would not recommend this to anyone especially if you have an event or special occasion to get to.

I'm a travel nurse who called Wednesday morning, was scheduled for that afternoon and had a wonderful experience with Lexii who made me feel welcomed and listened to. I will drive the 4.5 hours from my home base to have her cut my hair again! THANK YOU LEXII!!

I have very curly hair and Heather manages to get it nice, sleek and straight. I’m happy with her service every time! The salon is clean and has a wide variety of hair care products. I usually leave with a shampoo and conditioner. Love getting my hair done here!
