I called before I came to have something put on hold. I think the persons name was Dominique. I know she is a light complexion African American woman because I saw her when I got there. She had an attitude over the phone. When I got there she told her co worker “oh I forgot to put it on hold it’s over there.” Her whole demeanor is terrible. The other co workers were great, but she has very negative energy.

I would like to highlight the awesome professionalism and patience of Tynesha and Brittany, the ladies who helped me. I visited the Greenbrier location in Chesapeake, Virginia to purchase some items with gift cards I received for Christmas. I had questions about various items. They took the time answered them all. When I went to check out, there was a technical problem on Sally's website. (There was still a technical problem today on that website when I tried to complete a review/feedback). I was in the store for quite some time trying several times to check out on the website using a coupon. They remained patient. Then they realized a solution to the problem and got me on my way! It could have been a more frustrating experience if not for these ladies.

So I recently had colored my hair and it ended up pulling a lot of red and that is not what I wanted. So I went back in and I got to work with Selina. She was amazing, she was patient and kind and listened to what I needed. She sent me up with the colors that would work best and I went home and I did everything that she told me by the book, and voila, my hair is no longer red. It is a mushroom blonde which is what I was going for. I would recommend this store this sales associate. She is amazing, because of her I love my hair. I have never received this amount of customer service from one of your stores and I have been from the west coast to the east coast and she is the best. Thank you so much!!! You will have a customer for life because of her!!!

Clean store. Well organized. Helpful employees. Frequent promos for hair products. You can return opened products after trying them out within 30 days as well.

Sally beauty never have any of the products I am looking for. From your selection, It seems that all the black hair care products you will be completely stop selling it. Your sales associate directed me to go to another beauty supply store. Which is strange ?.

My young daughter and I came in to the Greenbrier location today to buy hair nets for her dance recital tomorrow. While it was just a quick trip, it wasprobably the best retail experience that I've had in the last 10 years.Eli helped me find what I was looking for quickly and he made sure I knew that there was a few color variations (so that I could pick the correct one).At checkout, he went the extra mile. He was so personable, efficient, and he made great recommendations! Thanks, Eli! and Sally Beauty.

I don't know his name but he is tan skinned and wears glasses. Awesome customer service. Spent time with me choosing nail polish. He even asked me about my experience doing nails on myself and he used that information to recommend what would be easy for me. Had good knowledge and was very patient.

I dropped about 50 bucks on recommended products for bleaching my hair, unfortunately it didn’t work and I spent 12 at the drugstore for more lift lmfao! I didn’t catch the gentlemen that was helping me but he was very cool! A shame the products didn’t work but that wasn’t his fault! I do hope to see him again soon! Lotta cool employees there

I went in for a simple request to get the orange color out of my blonde hair. The workers was very nice and recommended blue color corrector (I was surprised bc I always thought it was purple shampoo for blonde hair) she said no and that blue was for orange hair. I asked several times if it would change my hair color she assured me it would not. And that it would just take the orange out…. She recommended the ION color correcting shampoo told me to put it on dry hair for 7 mins. She was very convincing and seemed like she knew what she was talking about with a good attitude. I went home did was she said but only for 3 minutes because it didn’t look/ feel right. I washed my hair and now my beautiful blonde hair is the nastiest green/blue color!!!! I am mixed with emotions of anger sadness and I feel betrayed by the worker. I trusted her with my hair and it is ruined!!! I start a new job in a day and can’t have my hair look like this… I don’t know what I am going to do. I am in tears over this. I’m waiting until they open to return the product and call to see what to do about getting this color out of my hair… I’m just at a lose of words over this.. so upset

So here I am about to drop sixty bucks on three items I need to wash my hair after working 10 hours and the person at the register has me waiting for her to "finish filing a report" before she checks me out? Nope. I will buy some regular shampoo at Target where the workers know their job is to sell things.

A great place for your beauty supplies, whether it be for hair, nails, or skin. They have a wide variety of products for each and are knowledgeable and can answer questions and offer suggestions. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

Save your money, just buy stuff from a pla e you can return merchandise like Amazon. I bought a pair of clippers TWO days ago, My wife found them on Amazon for cheaper, so when I went to return them they gave me every possible excuse to not be able to return them. It's ridiculous. I don't even know how these businesses are still functioning, prices are high, and will send you in loops just to return something! Never going to a Sally's again!
