“Rented a 26 ft Box truck this weekend, to move our company, Truck was in great condition and clean throughout, Had a great Customer service experience in Erin @ the Chesapeake Location, upon arrival to pick up the truck the service rep went thru all the controls of the truck and was very helpful, used the truck for the weekend and returned it Sat. afternoon... great experience will definitely rent from them again as the move continues.”
“Dropped off my u-haul truck without any issue. Gentleman outside took the keys and promptly started servicing it & my receipt was in my email within 30 minutes. U-haul did not give me enough miles to pick up my truck, drive to the house and then to drive it to the new address so they got an extra $30 from me. So the 4 stars is for that and their front door to customer service rep/office inside was broken and you had to manually push/slide the door open which was a hassle as my hands were full.”
