Roses have no Store or Return Policy hanging in the Store. I attempted to return 2 bras, I was "told ", we don't take back under garments. I asked where was the policy. I was told, I'm Telling You. I asked for the corporate number and was told to look it up on the internet. I called the corporate office and was told that wasn't their policy. I shared the policy was not posted in the store. She agreed and refunded me my money. She was very helpful. The District Manager would be informed.

Slowest store I've ever been to. Only 2 (if lucky) registers open and cashiers are slow. Been standing inline for about 15 minutes with 2 people infront of me while a manager is arguing with a customer about returning an item. Whats the point in having 7 registers if only 2 of them are ever open. Worst store ever.

This location is so slow. Every time I have been here. I just waited in line over 20mins and only one person was in front of me. They had no change in the drawer. Couldn’t get anyone to the front fast enough and then he got there and still had to go to the back. That’s ridiculous.
