While the body work was good, the customer service was appalling. Raymond was the only person who talked to me like a human being. Anytime I had to deal with Debbie. It was very clear that it was an inconvenience to be talking to me. She gave me absolutely no updates, and blatantly lied. My husband was out to see on deployment, we had a Military adviser call to get an uodate for me, because I was getting nowhere with answers, she told the family advocate/advisor that my car had been ready for days and that she called the military Member and he said his wife would pick up the car but she never came. That is a flat out lie because you cannot call the sailor on the ship. She absolutely lied. She did not tell me my car was sitting there for days, I do not leave many reviews, but I absolutely told my insurance company they should stop recommending this body shop. I also went there with a working air conditioner when I picked it up it was not working. Took it right back. They said they ran a diagnostic, but they didn't find anything conclusive. And I have to take it to the dealer it was not their fault. After they got my deductible and the money I was absolutely not getting any more service. Customer service should absolutely be great. But, lying to people is where I draw the line. Don't lie. That's shady.

While the actual repair was comparable, the customer service was terrible. After replacing my vehicle's back hatch door, the door would not open from the console panel. They called the insurance company and told them that the door not working had nothing to do with the accident the vehicle was in or anything that they did wrong. After picking up my van, I quickly realized that the back door wasn't working and I immediately called them back. I spoke to the tech and he told me to bring it in tomorrow. At first they didn't know what was wrong with it. Then in a second conversation they said the switch had gone bad. Then they told me to go to the dealer to have a diagnostic done on the door. I was informed that I would have to pay for the diagnostic. I told them that the door was working, even after the accident, when I brought it to them why would I have to pay for the diagnostic. Then all of a sudden, they knew it was the switch going bad and that the switch had nothing to do with the accident or repair/replacement of the door. However, the insurance company said they would pay for the diagnostic. They called the insurance company and told them that a switch had gone out on my van and that it had nothing to do with the accident so I should pay for the diagnostic. I took my vehicle to Toyota. I don't know if they ran a diagnostic or not all I know is that they call me back to the counter to tell me that the switch was turned off and they didn't charge a dime. R-Tech either turned off the switch to the door or when the door was removed the switch automatically turned off. Either way, I felt like they were vindictive liars who called themselves saving the insurance company from me trying to defraud them. They would rather do that than to check behind themselves and take responsibility for my back door being inoperable. Of course I can't tell you what to do but if you want to take a chance on this company, you get what you get.

Always professional, friendly, great work! Unfortunately we have had to use their services multiple times as people drive like a$$hats. Our vehicles come back looking like new!
