I had an extremely positive experience with Taylor from the CoVA Collective Realty Team. Having to manage the sale of a property for a love one who has passed away is an emotional and stressful time which is compounded when you don't live in state. I met with Taylor when we were just starting to think about selling our home and buying our forever home. We were very specific about the neighborhood we wanted to be in, and knew it might be years until a house that we wanted came on the market. Taylor never pressured us, and was very attentive when we had any questions. Our forever home ended up popping up on the market a few months after meeting with her, and her negotiation skills and team members were crucial in helping our offer win. During that same time period she helped us list the home we were living in at the time, and created a multiple offer situation above listing price. She has been so easy to work with, and was pivotal in helping us secure our dream home in a competitive market! I can’t recommend her enough!

I can’t recommend CoVA Collective Realty enough! This past spring, my elderly aunt finally gave the green light to sell her longtime Virginia home. The challenge was that her house had been vacant for over a year, it needed a good bit of work, and my entire family lives seven states away. We instantly felt overwhelmed! My realtor connected me with Megan and her amazing team. My mom and I met with Megan over Memorial Day weekend. Her cheerful disposition instantly put us at ease. She walked through the house with us, calmly sharing her thoughts on what updates would really make the house shine and give us the best return on investment. She told us it was all very doable and that she and her team work with a number of wonderful tradespeople who would be perfect for the job. Not only that, but CoVA would happily oversee and manage all the work for us so we could spend our time caring for my aunt and continue living our lives out of state. Her confidence was contagious! By the end of our first meeting we were excited to get to work, trusting wholeheartedly that we were in great hands. Over the course of 2.5 months, my aunt’s house got a much needed makeover with 13 new windows, a new glass slider, new wall to wall carpeting, drywall repairs, fresh paint through and more. The CoVA team organized and oversaw it all. By early August, the house was listed and within a few days, had multiple offers, all over asking! My aunt officially closed in mid-August from the comfort of my parents’ home. We couldn’t have dreamed of a more stress-free, positive experience! Megan and her team have been such a blessing to my family. We are so grateful for them and know you will be too!
