I had an HD-9 BENDPAK carlift installed in my garage on 4/25/2024. The installers: Wyatt Barnett, Chris Smith, and Logan Ackers were professional and personable. They worked well as a team and made a difficult product puzzel and installation look effortless. Wyatt provided good BENDPAK operational instructions. I am very pleased. Thanks!

On Feb 17th 2024 I was at the College Park Food Lion getting groceries for my family and also a few items for an elderly friend. After all of my items were rung up I realized I was $27 short. I was more than embarrassed as I started to point out items that I had to do without. I had retired a few days earlier but my Retirement money had not started yet. As I started to put items aside a gentleman behind me, who was a total stranger to me, said lets put all of those groceries back in I'm paying for it. He didn't even want a thank you and wasn't looking for recognition. He said "were all in this together". I learned that this was Mr. Ramsey of Ramsey Industrial Sparrow road.Since being blessed I have mentioned this story to friends and everyone knows him and said that he is good like that at his business too so they said that they aren't surprised by his act of kindness because he's known for that.

I've been calling for a week to get a lift repaired in the shop. No one has called back to schedule a time or come to repair the lift. When I called today the lady told me "If you don't like it call someone else" and hung the phone up. How's that for customer service?
