I absolutely hate that i have to deal with this pharmacy, You never know who you will get when calling , They never want to do their job !!! & when they do you get this ….I had one lady try to charge me a copayment then when I advised her I didn’t have one she stated “just joking” ! How was that a joke?! Then I spoke with Natasha , very unprofessional she put me on hold for 10 minutes without any type of update , when she finally got back on the line she then placed me back on hold until I got Joanna who was suppose to be a “supervisor” that advised me they’re busy & if I don’t hear from them in a week I should call them in order to have my prescription refilled. I have my notifications set to “receive a call” instead of text & they fail to do any because they’re behind and I have to wait 3 additional days , they both failed to give me the manufacturer number for “Defective equipment” . I spoke back to Natasha who sat on the phone to clearly annoy me giggling while conducting business are asking me my personal information while talking to other people in the background is absurd . It’s hard to maintain a schedule for medication dealing with these people . My local Walmart / CVS would do an amazing job . I have been dealing with this company for a few years & im not sure what’s happen to their staff but it’s gone down hill .

Proprium Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had to use them for a couple years now and they’ve only ever been so kind and helpful to me. If you can go through this pharmacy, do!

I've been on a script that I take daily for about 7 years now - Proprium has been my pharmacy for roughly 5 years. A few times during those 5 years I had to switch pharmacies because of logistical issues (temporarily visiting or moving somewhere they don't deliver to), and I can hands-down say this is the best pharmacy I've ever had.They are on top of calling and texting you to remind you to get refills, and, most importantly, they will truly ASSIST you when there's an issue. They don't just tell you who to call or what to do, their staff takes it upon themselves to make the calls, fill out the paperwork and help you get the meds you need. This is one of the only pharmacies I've had where I feel like the staff help advocate on my behalf.

Forced to use them by my insurance over a pharmacy I have long experience and am comfortable with for one specific drug. It’s 2021, this is the only pharmacy you have to call to get a refill. Needless to say, I should be able to push a button on an app or have on auto-refill like CVS, Walgreen, Rite-Aid or any other pharmacy. This is doubly true of meds I have taken for years consistently. They are invasive as far as their questions and seem to have a penchant for trying to give unwanted medical advice. I wouldn’t call them unfriendly, they are always very chipper, but if I don’t ask to speak to a pharmacist, I don’t want to. If I don’t ask to speak to a nurse, I don’t want to. My doctor and I have it under control. Been doing this for over a year with them now and would change back in a second if I could.

Ive been dealing with proprium pharmacy for about 4 years now i have never had an issue getting meds refilled the Customer service reps & pharmacists are always so kind helpful and polite ive seem some of these reviews people have made its just not true! 5 stars from me!

I was forced to change medical insurance by the state and was informed by Proprium that there would be no issue refilling my prescriptions.

This is the only place that carries a specialty medicine we need and they charged money to our HSA card taking our entire balance out of the account. We NEVER authorized them to charge to our card and we didn't owe them ANYTHING because we've already met our max out of pocket for the year. They've been holding onto over a hundred dollars for more than a week and won't release it back to us. Crappy pharmacy. Crappy service. Scam artists.

There has to be some missing information from the previous review that this disgruntled patient is not informing reviewers. It is not in any violation of HIPAA or patient confidentiality to ask if a patient is taking their medications. Seriously if THAT is the only negative experience you have then please take your business elsewhere. I however had a wonderful experience when i called Proprium pharmacy. I had went to my Walgreens pharmacy and was told by the pharmacy technician that my prescription was not covered by the insurance and it was 2800.00. I declined in purchasing the medication. Now, being a pharmacy technician myself for 10 plus years i know that most of the time you can receive a override for medications not covered or they are required to use a speciality pharmacy. So i called my prescription plan and spoke with Veronica. She informed that indeed i needed to use Proprium specialty pharmacy and she connected me. When i was connected i was properly greeted and asked how my day was going and how i could be helped. My profile was crated, and my prescription, and copayment was discussed along with how their pharmacy works. The representative whose name i am terribly sorry to have forgotten was extremely helpful and very informative. I unlike the old bag beneath me and thankful that proprium pharmacy is here to serve, and lets keep in mind that this is a new pharmacy and new services there will be things that need to be improved from time to time. Give them constructive criticism instead of tearing them down from one small mistake. Thank you Proprium Pharmacy for helping me receive my medication and offering me a 0$ COPAY card .

I have dealt with Curascript, ExpressScripts, and Briova in the past, and this has been the best experience for me by far. Getting a refill is quick and painless, a real person answers the phone, and I never have to wait. I am so thankful to get to deal with them, especially since patients rarely get to make a choice when it comes to which specialty pharmacy their insurance works with.
