I'm reading all these "one star, two star" reviews and I did not have any of these issues. I called (they answered), showed up, got a quote and thats what I paid. They do AMAZNG work. They told me it would be a couple of days and got my car back. I highly recommended them!

I initially stopped by to have 4 wheels re-powder coated and curb rash removed. The gentleman that looked at my wheels stated that it would cost around $800 for sandblasting and powder coating with a five day turnaround. When I dropped the car off another gentleman asked if I was aware of cost, to which I said yes, $800ish. He stated “that’s just for the sandblasting.” Total price would be closer to $1300. I asked to speak with the guy who originally quoted me the $800 and was told he wasn’t there. Unfortunately, I was pressed to get the work done so I moved forward with the job. It ended up taking a week and a half for them to complete the work, but so far it appears to be a quality job that’s why I’m leaving ⭐️⭐️.I have since discovered that there are other local companies that charge about 1/2 of what these guys charged me for the same quality. That said, BEWARE of bait-and-switch pricing at this place.

So got my rims done in black, looks great. Picked up the truck this past Friday raining like crazy trying to get to my window tinting appointment and then to work. After about 5 or 6 minutes of driving my tire pressure light came on. Didn't think much of it as the pressure was little lower than the others. So I kept going , got my windows tinted and drove to work. Put some air in there when i got home and didn't drive again until Saturday. Still the sensor was on. So today I call the shop and told him my sensor still on but it showing the right pressure and it might be the tpm sensor. To my surprise, he said the light wasn't on when you left and you could have hit something or made it loose etc. He didn't say hey bring it back we can see if it was us or something I did or even hey we can change it but it will cost you such and such. Or if it was a setting to change, Just plain you out of luck good by. So learned lesson their work carries no guarantee or customer service after you drive out the shop. Spectacular job on the rims, but hell hope they hold because they could car less if something went wrong.

Not sure how good their services are because I waited outside over an hour it said they open at 10 am and I was still waiting for nobody to show up. They were recommended to me but I’m highly disappointed

Great work at a decent price. They fixed some curb rash on the wheel of my 2022 BMW X3. Looked like brand new. Better to stop by then call. They seldom answer the phone or return messages, I'm assuming it's because they are busy making customers vehicles look amazing again.

The staff at Pro Rim was super cool and powder coated my pitted AF rims with this sweet hot pink. There are a few minor flaws but we negotiated the price (they offered to recoat the rims but hey, it’s a 13 year-old car). I’m tickled pink!

d my rim fixed from there in. In November last year The mechanic now they told me I need another rim so I basically wasted money getting it fixed from them when I should have just paid for a brand new rim altogether but they are cool ppl tho just never again would go too them I’ve putting air in my tire since then I gotta put air in it once every week depends on how far I drive

The lady answering the phones was super rude. First impressions are everything and her condescending tone and smart mouth would prevent me from ever doing business with them. The owners need a lesson in customer service and business 101.

I recently bent a rim, i didn’t think it could be fixed. Brought the rim to these guys and they fixed it right up, at first it was leaking air but now that i’m driving on it more it’s perfect. great company and highly recommend.

They say good things are worth waiting for, and it's true! They had my car for a while (thankfully I have more than one to drive), but they did a truly outstanding job on sandblasting and powder coating my wheels. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even texted me updated! 10/10 would recommend!

I cannot recommend this business due to terrible customer service and rim repair. I also know that it may have just been the technician that did the repairs...I brought in a rim that had 3 cracks in it.. the tech ...I believe his name was Chris...was assigned to do the repairs. I got a call the next day and was told that my rim was repaired, but I had a damaged tire that wasn't holding pressure. I was immediately offered to buy a tire through the company, but I said no to review what other options I had available first.3 hours later...20 min after the business closed I got another call from the tech with him stating that my tire is fine and it was holding proper pressure.i was pretty happy but felt something fishy going on. The next day I went to pick up my repaired rim and after inspection I noticed on of the welds didn't look finished unlike the other two... I mentioned the issue to the tech and he told me it was fine...got frustrated with my questions about what happened and why there was no pressure...he told me that he had too much work to do and didn't have the time to go over things with me..after mentioning that I wasn't satisfied with the last weld he recommended to not cut into the rim possibly damaging the rim further...Then to prove the tire was holding air he sprayed with a soap solution ...thenthe weld where I had my concersn started bubbling like crazy. I asked the tech what the next step would be and he replied saying that he would have to re weld it after just recommending not to.after that he said " you want me to put the three cracks back in it or what" I was appalled at the customer service I grabbed my rim and put it in the car...then I asked Annie for my work order or a copy and was sent falsified document to my email with all zeros on it when I was supposed to get charged $266...I would love to speak to owner about his situation...thanks for reading

I had them repair 3-20" bent chrome rims of a set of five and mount and balance tires to these rims. I took the rims to them on 06/24/2021, purchased and had tires shipped to them for mounting not expecting them to have everything finished until 0706/2021. I received a call that everything was ready to be picked up on 07/01/2021. So far I can truthfully say the rim/tire sets looks excellent, mounted them on the car 07/01/2021. I used their services before about six years ago and will probably again in the future. As for pricing, they are reasonably priced within range depending on the work needed on the rim. I am presently very satisfied but I am waiting to see how the air pressure remains in the tires after I pick the car up from the wheel alignment specialist. I am a very distrusting consumer because of the economic world of today, where businesses want the money but really don't care about giving the customer good value or services for their money and are very disrespectful with an arrogant attitude toward us consumers. This business I very highly recommend for any of your customizing rim or car needs. This rating I give because this is my personal experience, but sometimes dealing with some businesses you never want to see them again. Hopefully they will not put themselves in that position with me in the future.
