Updating my review, whatever you do, do not go to this place. While I was deployed my pregnant wife with our 1 yo daughter took our vehicle to this place to get the differential fluid changed. Her appointment was at 1000, she got a notification at 1400 saying they were now working on it, and she was out of there at 1600. 8 fucking hours later! Not only that, the bill to bleed and service the differentials were $537. Not only am I getting fucked while deployed, but this place decided to scam my family without hesitation. I'm a DYI'er and it maybe takes me an hour and some change to do it. And if your service department is completely slammed, maybe don't schedule so many people in a day (Use your fucking brain). Whatever you do, do not take your vehicle here to get it serviced. If you're about to purchase a vehicle from here and if they're selling you the priority forever crap, just have them drop it, and purchase your vehicle for cheaper! If they don't drop it, just take your business and your hard earned money somewhere else.

From start to finish Keith was amazing and took care of me. Him and the entire staff were very kind, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend to any of my family members or friends. 10 out of 10 customer service. The staff truly cares.

I brought in my wife’s 2010 Camry to be inspected for a clicking noise. I had a 7:15 am appointment after 10hrs of waiting I finally got an update. I received a video of all the things they wanted me to fix to make money off me. They never addressed the knocking noise. They informed me that the engine needed a complete overhaul and would cost me $9600. I thought that that was a strange they never told me the main issue i dropped the car off for. They charged me 165.00 for 30 min inspection.I got 3 other opinions from other mechanicsAnd they are said that Water pump needed to be replace and it would be 150.00 for labor and material.I was completely ripped off and they tried to take advantage of me and charged me 165 buck when i could have had the issue fixed.I tried calling Daniel and A Manager and no one will answer or call back.GO TO Checkered flag, Toyota for all your vehicle, purchases and Maintenance.TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SOME OTHER PLACE THAT IS HONEST AND WONT RIP YOU OFF

Worked with Priority Team on getting my son a reliable used car... bottom-line great service, selection, and experience. Very busy dealership, but everyone went out their way to make sure we were taken care of and felt welcome. Worked with Justin (JC) and he did a phenomenal job showing us the inventory that worked for us (and my son's budget) and was super transparent on what could and could not be done. Highly recommend you call and ask for him before heading over to start your search. Melissa on the Finance team made it quick and hassle-free as well. Priority Toyota in Chesapeake has definitely earned our business for future car needs.

Purchased a 2024 Tundra TRD Sport and couldn't be happier with the truck or the buying experience. I can honestly say that Mr. Richie Cuocco is the best sales consultant I have ever worked with and I have worked with many over the years. Richie's knowledge of the truck and it's any features and options was impressive from his introducing himself to me right though to the delivery experience once the purchase was complete. During the delivery (after the truck was expertly detailed), Richie took me through a detailed demonstration of all the trucks electronic and mechanical operating procedures. He also helped me set up my blue tooth pairing for my iPhone.As for the rest of my purchase experience at Priority Toyota Chesapeake, I was very happy with all of it. Quite the dealership across the board. A happy customer for sure. Sincere thank you to Mr. Cuocco for his expert assistance.

I just bought my first car from here. I traded in my old car that my parents bought me in high school and got a brand new RAV4 hybrid. Ryan Langen was my salesman and the experience was amazing. This being my first time buying a car, there were a lot of things that I didn’t completely understand. Ryan was patient and very informative. He explained everything to me in detail so there were no surprises. He really wanted me to know everything and all my options so I could made the best informed decisions. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy, he really has your best interest.

I had the pleasure of buying my first brand new vehicle at Priority Toyota Chesapeake, David (Doc) Mendez was the awesome salesman that sold me my 2023 Toyota rav4 XLE premium with all features that I wanted. We reached a fair deal and had the car in no time. He was knowledgeable, friendly, charismatic and an all around great guy. He made the car buying experience a walk in the park compared to the other dealerships in the area. I can proudly say I am a lifetime priority client due to the wonderful service I experienced at this location. 10 out of 10!

I had a service appointment on09/09/2023 with Kenyan Mullen. My car was making loud,grinding and screeching sound when I start my car. After the problem was found Kenyan informed me it was my camshaft gear. He proceeds to call Car Shield to receive the authorization to fix my car. Car Shield approved the parts and services. I leaves the dealer and scheduled my appointment to bring my car back in. This appointment is scheduled for 09/16/2023.I'm thinking the problem is resolved. Guess what the sound remained but not as loud. I leave a message for Kenyan to call me back. Well, through my car back in and the tech said it was my drive belt; it needed adjustment.I called Kenyan back again because the sound still remains; so I drop my car off on 09/29/2023-09/30/2023. I received a call from Kenyan to come pick up my car. He explains that my car has an upper and lower intake valve cover. The problem was the lower camshaft exhaust. I brought my car back on 10/07/2023. The problem was resolved finally.Kenyan calls me on Tuesday 10/10/2023 to check on how my car is doing. Kenyan enjoys his work. He goes the extra mile for his customers. I hope Priority Toyota appreciates him and know he is a valuable asset their company.

I came in today because my drivers' side window came off if its track and I'd carefully tried to get it back on to no avail. They had it fixed within 2 hrs of getting checked in and I was so grateful for Ross's techs that got the job done. Yes, this is a simple fix, but the place looked so busy and they made time for me. Thank you!

To start, I understand your response is more for the readers of this review rather than to alleviate any distaste I have for your dealership. Writing a transcript in a pleasantly presented way of what unpleasantly took place in your dealership, was not the answer. Taking a swing by insinuating the deposit was a problem for me, is just as comical as your sales manager attempting to politely make a point. I had around $300 in my pocket as I randomly do, that I also offered until I returned with what he wanted, in an attempt to show my commitment to the deal right then. Why your sales manager didn’t allow me to pay a deposit with my Navy Federal Visa check card that I displayed while showing him the absence of credit cards in my wallet, is still a mystery to me. Maybe he was too flustered from losing his cool to think clearly? I don’t know. After that, I no longer cared if I got the truck and was willing to take the chance of losing it, rather than inconvenience myself, to appease him. It’s moot now. If you refer to my previous review, you can clearly see that I did state “short version.” There were a lot of little details like this one, that I left out, in order to get to the point and not make this a soap opera. I already explained how well I understood the reason for a deposit and what was offered to accommodate your policy. I took the time with your sales rep, to update all my information including my phone number, email address and home address. Referencing the order sheet, it does appear he never updated the phone number. Mistakes happen, he’s only human. Address was correct though, so there’s evidence we definitely went over my information. After multiple failed call attempts, maybe a follow up email? Even better, he was the same sales rep that recently sold my wife her new 4runner. Her information was obviously correct, so maybe reach out and see if it was a mistake? We even discussed my wife’s purchase and he asked me what model she has. I said, no clue, but I’m sure it’s easy to find that out if you really want to know. I even spelled her name out for him. Your abundance of excuses all had solutions and my “less than happy” experience was undoubtedly a waste of my time. Let this serve as a notice to you, that I do not want to be contacted by anyone from Priority or it’s affiliates.

Service takes forever to fix the problem. Had the vehicle for a fee weeks been up there 2 times for 6 days out of that 2 weeks.True it's a older vehicle but let's just fix it right the first time please .They replaced the starter and vehicle still doesn't start at times.Can we just replace the battery and the spark plugs already ..However I have to say that Shawn at service is the one who actually took the time to help me.Thanks Shaen

This was a good solid positive experience here. Denise, the salesperson who helped me was very patient and listened to my complaints about negative experiences I had at other dealerships and was very attentive to what I expressed my interest in. I looked at a few Camrys, RAV-4s and a Corolla or two. When I told him I'd return in a week or two, he gave me another salesperson to ask for, Dakota, if he should happen to be out that day. He wasn't going to leave me hanging. When I went on Friday, they were quite busy. They must be doing something right! Last but not least Shyasia Rheubottom, the youn lady at the customer service counter was excellent. You can see it in the picture I took.

After not being able to get help from anyone I originally dealt with and being passed around to get no answer or just people that could not help i finally got transferred to an amazing person in finance. I want to commend Shelby Christopher (I hope I spelled it correct) for taking the time to make sure I had the results and answers that nobody else could take the time to find. A true professional that cares about the customer and not just making a sale. Thank You Shelby, I give you a 5 not the Priority sales team or the person in finance that did the paperwork.
