Waiting to long to get my truck back. After having a 10:00 appointment my tires were order 2 weeks earlier so I wouldn't have to wait long.My oil change was free do to the my last tires rotation the mechanic didn't put my lock lug nut back on my. Truck was returned to me after 3pm me and my wife an I waited in the customer service room. I only wanted 2 new tires and a oil change. The advisor told me that a lot of people called out.

I had a scheduled appointment Monday. Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. The mechanic was thorough and explained any issues to me in a manner I could understand.

Went there a couple of days ago mainly for an inspection and an oil change. Later that day I was contacted and informed that my cv axle boot was cracked/cut and a new cv axle needed to be installed to fix the problem at a cost of over $1,000. I was skeptical so I did not approve the repair. After getting home and taking a look at it myself, I found that the boot was fine. The boot clamp itself simply slipped off the boot allowing grease to seep out. A new $5 clamp is the solution to the problem, not a new $1,000 cv axle! Surprising that a dealer “trained” technician would make such a serious misdiagnosis! Beware!

I had my 2022 Highlander in for service on short notice for an electrical issue. My Service Advisor, Bonnie La Rowe, was great in getting me into the dealership and resolving the issue. I wish all Service Advisers were as great as Bonnie!!!

The service was efficient and friendly. The facilities were clean and comfortable while waiting. The use of current technology to send me a video of the technicians walk through was helpful as well.
