Our sales person, JC was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He was not pushy like an earlier sales person at this location. We found the vehicle we liked, did a test drive and bought the vehicle. Liked dealing with PRIORTY HONDA but wished they still offered all the PRIORTYS FOR LIFE benefits they used to offer.

One of the factors in buying our last car from Priority was the Priorities for Life free oil changes and inspections - especially the fact that you could take your car to any Priority dealer for that service, not only the one you purchased the car at.
I brought my car (purchased at a different Priority location) to Priority Honda for a scheduled service today - where it's been serviced regularly for several years, and was told that the dealership is under new ownership and no longer honoring Priorities for Life for vehicles purchased at the location we bought our car.
It's frustrating enough the customer loyalty program is cancelled, but just as annoying is you all wasting my time. At no point during the process of scheduling this appointment or the dozen text and email reminders leading up to it did anyone mention my formerly complimentary oil change now costing $80 plus taxes and fees. You waited for me to bring the car to you. It's a lovely touch to have that conversation underneath your "customer service award" banners. And FWIW, there were other customer pay maintenance services scheduled with this appointment - not just the priority oil change.
What a missed customer retention opportunity. Rather than maintain relationships with customers of what is now a competing dealership you're telling us you don't value our business. Message received. We'll shop elsewhere.

I made an appointment for an oil change and arrived a little early. They took the vehicle back right away and performed the service. I only waited a short time for the vehicle to be returned. My only complaint was the service tech who returned the vehicle. Although a very polite person, he was wearing some strong cologne. I'm very sensitive to strong odors, so I drove home with the windows down.

Very confused with this place we have multiple vehicles that we are able to drop off with no appointment necessary at other dealerships and they are done in 45 minutes to an hour for the basic oil change my wife has been, Since 9 AM August 31st this morning and is now just leaving at quarter to 12 for an oil change... Somebody needs to figure out what's going on. Do not recommend Is this dealership for multiple reasons besides this oil change and also they come on strong with the upcharges of extra things they suggest that need to be done... Very displeased!!!!

Overall I was very pleased with my experience. I was not happy with the length of time I had to wait for my service appointment (10 days). I was having problems with my brakes so I could not use my car until they were fixed.
