I purchased my MDX in May and reported a problem with the transmission in June. Nothing was discovered, yet the problem continued. I returned in August after the transmission began failing. It took 10 days to decide it was covered under warranty and another 10 days to order, receive, and install a new transmission. At no time was I offered alternate transportation and was without the use of my vehicle for 3 weeks. I asked for and never received my “free” car wash?

The dealership and I was in the middle of a car deal that did not go through as I was no longer comfortable with the deal. In the process of the transaction for the car, I’d purchased an extended warranty for this car and attempted to have that money refunded as we’d no longer pursue the deal. Here’s where I randomly ask a rhetorical question for those who are reading: how many times would you expect to “return” to an establishment after making a formal request to have money returned/refunded? Apparently, the magic number has been 3x over 3.5 weeks and I’ve yet to get my money back.
Humorously, “Rich” as well as “Lionel Goodwyn” certainly commit when it comes to their ability to “improv” and pretend to listen or I don’t know, maybe preserve the relationship so that future business can happen. I had to hold my composure from having a visual response while being "obviously misled" as I was told “paperwork” had be filled and submitted to their “corporate office” in order to honor my refund for a car I didn’t purchase. Ridiculous?
The next time I’m in the market for an ACURA or any vehicle, I will not nor will I advocate for any of my affiliates to conduct business Priority Acura in Chesapeake…blame it on sketchy business practices and tricks from immorality. I stand by everything you’ve just read. You’re welcome.

I like the no pressure approach to car buying. Everyone was very nice and courteous. This is my second purchase from Priority Acura. Their service department is very friendly and helpful as well. Overall, my experience with Priority has been great ??. I am loving my new MDX!

I brought my car here three times for an issue that seemingly can't be duplicated by the technicians, and then was accused by the advisor of making up issues each time I brought my vehicle back. I have to wait until the issue gets worse before anything can be done, because apparently I'm wasting their time. Easy fix for that, when my car is returned, I'll never go there again.

Jessica did an excellent job with keeping me up-to-date. She answered every question and/or concerns I had. Loved the video recordings! I especially loved that she did not try to force me to get work done to my 2007 Acura TL. Oh, it needs it but not quite in the budget yet. Subtle hints of what is needed made me less anxious about purchasing anything else.

I received a text right after I made the appt online. A day before the appt, I rcvd a reminder text. Dropped off my car the night before at Priority Acura. I rcvd a text the morning of the appt to say they had the car and would send a video/pix when it was looked at this included contact info if I needed to Ask a question. Another text with the brief video. Another when complete. Communication: Excellent! I took it in for a state inspection. They saw I was due for an oil change service and did that, too. Very satisfied with the service!!
