Great service adding a tow package to my vehicle. They set me up with everything I needed and even told me a better route for additional equipment to save money rather than just sell it to me then have to pay for someone else to set it up. In the end, they were done faster than expected and reduced the quote. Not one bad thing about the experience.

I have used Portsmouth Trailer for all of my needs for 39 years... from boat trailers to campers and wiring my truck trailer brake controller. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to good service. Today went even better - I had a tire going flat on my boat trailer on the interstate, I was 2 miles from them and limped it there. They took me in, changed out my tire, fixed a broken lug nut, and had a new spare tire in less than an hour. Truly amazing. Great job you all!!

Had a trailer hitch installation on the GMC. Staff were helpful both in scheduling and on installation date. Overall pleased. Only drawback is there's no waiting area/anywhere to sit down inside or outside the business and the installation took about 2 hours. The surrounding area is not pedestrian friendly...played a game of frogger getting to the WaWa about a mile up the street.
