I recently visited this apartment complex and found my experience to be quite disappointing. I had read a prior review about a rude front desk staff member named Zakia, and unfortunately, it seems that the negative customer service culture persists.
When I arrived, I encountered three young ladies and a maintenance worker at the front desk who seemed completely unprepared for my visit. I had come straight from work, just before closing, to inquire about availability. Despite calling multiple times on Saturday—without any response or callback—I was met with a dismissive attitude.
When I mentioned I called over 25 times Saturday (which was an exaggeration. I don’t know how many times I called), Zakia remarked, "You ain’t had to do all that," which felt completely inappropriate. I explained that I needed to call repeatedly because the leasing agents at my current complex often don’t answer if they're busy, but I realized I shouldn’t have to justify my situation to her.
When I pointed out that the website stated they were open until 5 PM on Saturdays, her response was unhelpful; she insisted there was a sign on the door and I could have drove up there and saw that. As someone who doesn’t live locally, I found this expectation unreasonable.
Her rudeness and lack of professionalism left me appalled. I made it clear that I would not consider living there based on this encounter. I also tried to reach the corporate office to voice my concerns, but the contact number was unavailable.
It’s disheartening to see such unprofessional behavior potentially driving away prospective residents. I hope management takes these reviews seriously this time because obviously it was not taken seriously a year ago when another person complained and the issues at the front desk were obviously not addressed. I certainly wouldn’t want to live in a place where customer service is treated with such indifference.

I just wanted to stop by and give Pillars of Great Bridge’s staff a quick shout out of appreciation. During my stay here the office/maintenance staff have been amazing. Whenever there’s a problem, they’re on it in a heartbeat. You guys are crushing it. Thank you for making sure my stay here is pleasant.

This complex has slipped immensely over the last few years. The management team is less than responsive and the complex is constantly dirty. Maintenance requests go unanswered or excuses away. Trash issues are constant. The only positive is the insides of the apartments are nice if you can navigate past the trash, bugs, and dirt. This complex could be very nice if the management team was more engaged.

TOUR THE GROUNDS BEFORE COMMITTING TO ANYTHING! When I viewed the model , a dead waterbug greeted me on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The grounds looked dingy and unkept, pool area dirty and condemned, and random people walking through the neighborhood. HUGE difference from when I lived there when this complex first opened years ago. I had an appointment set for 1:30, got there and the office was closed. No call or nothing. Came back an hour later on faith. Glad I checked everything out before going with my recollections of how the property USED to be smh...very disappointing. The search continues !

Been here for several months and so far there hasn't been any issues. Any maintenance problems have been solved quickly and the staff have been very courteous with me.

Received a call from Levi about an inquiry I made for the property. During the conversation she never asked if I would like to tour the property. Why would anyone think that you would rent a place sight unseen or have questions and you haven’tseen the property. Definitely not staff I would want to deal with at my residence.

We had a tour today. We just moved from Tx and was excited to see this property. We quick change our minds when the person at the front desk "Z" was rude, unprofessional and seemed like she did not want to be at work. If you're going to be in a customer service position it would be nice if you're welcoming to potential resdients. I would never give my money to a company that has a rude person as the face of their property.

The ppl are cool peaceful place just need to control the fleas ants and water bugs hall ways are dirty I been waiting 2 months for the exterminator to come my dog gets fleas every time she goes out the house I’m spending more money on flea stuff just to go out and for her to get more fleas

I’ve been here for over 3 years and it’s been the most enjoyable time for me and my family. The staff really cares and maintenance is on top of it all. Going to be here for another 3 years
