Outstanding service for both my 2 year old and Mt 12 year old! My sensory sensitive 2 year old was handled perfectly for her first haircut. The first haircut package is a perfect memento to mark the occasion. My 12 year old got a trim for healthy looking hair with some fairy hair tossed in. The staff was warm, welcoming, accommodating, gentle, and downright delightful. The whole atmosphere is a gem in a service that can be very difficult for parents, kids and the stylists. Allyyah was amazing for my child’s first haircut experience! She was patient with him, asked how I wanted his hair cut, and explained what she was doing before she did it throughout the haircut process. Opted for the First haircut experience and it was worth the extra 5/6 bucks for the cute photo and lock of hair!

My son has autism so I haven’t been able to take him anywhere to get his hair cut. This was his first experience getting his hair cut by someone other than me and it was a great experience for him! Everyone here was so kind and friendly. Cherea was the one who cut his hair and even though she was so patient, she was very quick! She was able to get him to position his head to wherever she needed it to be. I would 100% recommend this place, especially Cherea, to anyone with children who have special needs or just anyone in general!

This is the second time we have come here and most likely won’t be coming back. Firstly the website never wants to work to make a reservation. Secondly the both times we have come here the haircut is super choppy, uneven around the ears. Surprisingly my son has been super still and too shy to move while doing his haircut, I would understand if my son was crazy moving or upset but he wasn’t in the slightest. We’ll be going elsewhere for our sons haircuts….

My son loves getting his hair cut here! They do great with wiggly toddlers. This last time, I scheduled cuts for him and me at the same, which both turned out great!

My 5 year old had been against getting her haircut for YEARS. From the moment we walked it, she was all smiles. Everyone was so kind and the environment was all fun! The fairy hair & princess braid just topped it all off. She’s already asked me when her next “hair day” is.

Took my daughter here for her haircut it’s super clean and nice and the staff is lovely. Wonderful place to get a kids cut. We got the princess package and my girl was so happy!

I get my toddler son’s haircut here and he hates haircuts. The staff here are amazing in dealing with kids who are scared of hair cuts and they are gentle. My son enjoyed playing with their toys the most. I feel the staff take their time in giving good haircuts too and they are careful. They never rushed me out because my son is crying.

If you are dreading taking your little one for their 1st haircut, don't, take them to Pigtails & Crewcuts. I brought my 2 year old grandson and the Cuttery is definitely inviting for a little one. Hey if I could fit in one of the vehicles they have for them to sit in, you can cut my hair too. It went so well and easy that I even got the 1 year olds haircut. I highly recommend this establishment!

Loved my experience with my little one. The hairdresser was excellent, helpful and gave my son a great cut. The location is so great for the kids, my son didn’t want to stop playing with the trains while we were waiting.
