My grandson bought a suit for prom at Philip Michael. The sales associate measured him, including the waist. Most men that wear suits would know that all suits are sold as a set (jacket and pants). So obviously, just because the jacket fits, doesn’t mean the pants will too. Teenagers may not understand that. Unfortunately the sales associate didn’t pick up on that and didn’t advise him to try on the pants since his waist was obviously smaller than the pants size. My grandson figured the jacket fit so the pants must fit too. When he tried to exchange the pants (from a 38 to a 33) he was told he couldn’t exchange just the pants. Still no advice to get them altered. I called and explained the situation and asked if they would do a rush alteration. They were immediately accommodating and when my grandson brought them in (2 days before prom) they did the alterations on the spot to his satisfaction. People make mistakes, and while the situation didn’t start off as I thought it should have, they were more than happy to make things right. Customer service goes a long way. It is for this reason, I am giving them 5 stars.

My husband and I went to the Chesapeake Square location recently and had a wonderful experience! The employees are very helpful and knoeledgable. Charles was an amazing salesman. Funny too! He knew my husbands shoe and hat size just by looking at him!
We had a great time shopping there and will return often.

Hanan was AMAZING! My dad and I brought my brother here to get him pants and a shirt for prom and Hanan answered every question we had and provided so much help when we couldn’t find the bowtie he wanted. He picked out the perfect shirt to match with his suit jacket. He was funny and we had great conversation. Absolutely the best service I’ve received at any clothing store ever. Thank you so much!

My dad went there today for a suit for a wedding. Sherrod was amazing and helped him with everything he needed. He made my dad feel comfortable and made the experience so easy! Great place, highly recommend. Ask for Sherrod!

Sherrod greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked how he could assist me. He immediately took my measurements and found the best dress shirt for my body type and size and discussed how the shirt would fit. He even offered advice on my upcoming work event on how I could use accessories to show my character while also keeping it professional. The shirt fits great and I’m excited to show my style and professionalism at my work event! Great prices, great style, great customer service!

Great place. I wish I had more time to spend there. I needed a quick last-minute bow tie for a wedding and they had many in stock, even self-tie bow ties! I also noticed their selection of menswear included double breasted suits, shoes, and dinner jackets, whereas most other menswear stores pretty much only have standard two-piece suits. I would definitely recommend!

Kim Rivera out of the Chesapeake Square Mall location was fantastic! I was replacing a 20 year old suit which resulted in 2 suits and about 5 outfits. One was for a job interview and the other for a funeral and she was very informative on the colors to go with and those to stay away from. Sizing happened within seconds and she was able to have them altered in under 3 days for me to make my trips. I expected a painful process but I was in and out within the hour. Couldn't ask for better service! Thank you!
