Has a lot of your needs for your pets. We needed a new aquarium for our turtle and they had the best deal. With that said, they have limited supply for turtle needs, and have basic set up supplies for your reptile friends. Their fish tanks are clean as are their reptile tanks, bird cages and hamsters, mice, and guinea pig beds.
Overall a nice store with friendly staff, that covers your non-human family member needs.

The only reason this store gets any stars is because the staff are great.
As for the grooming department they are going to need to reevaluate how they run that department.
No one answers the phone.
They sent me away twice just for a simple nail trim that takes 5 min.
First time they said to come back in 4 hours(I shouldn’t have) I came back and they told me to come back in another 2 hours.
The second time, they just said they were backed up and didn’t have time and suggested I come back a week later. FOR A NAIL TRIM.
Just disappointing that they always seem to be “overbooked”.

Had a horrible experience at this location. I scheduled an appointment for my pet to get his shots at 5pm, had to reschedule for 5:45pm to make sure I was there on time. Confirmed the appointment, got there at 5:15 (30 minutes before my confirmed appointment) and was told the vet had already left for the day. Unprofessional to say the least. I took the time to follow all requested steps, got there earlier than what I was supposed to and the staff would just stare at me and say I am sorry. Not that there was much they could have done at that point but the minimum they should have done before is call or send me a text message letting me know the vet was leaving so I wouldn’t have to put my dog through a car ride and drive all the way there for nothing. If you aren’t going to be open the hours you put on your website, then you should change it.

Went to this location to look for some supplies that would help my turtle (Turtle Fix) ; however this location didn’t appear to have it. Staff at this location does not seem to be friendly; no one acknowledged myself or my mother when we went into the store let alone ask us if we needed help with anything. Will not return to this location appears to be some “personality issues” at this location.

Just left with my senior dog who is on medication for a specified skin condition (Not contagious) this was our first visit here scheduled for a bath. Tiffany (groomer) refused to bathe him with concern of "Not knowing" what is under the rest of his fur. As if you can't tell where he has chewed himself. Absolutely NO open wounds, NO dry blood, NO trace of flea/mite dust. I intially checked in thinking I had booked for a bath & haircut which she QUICKLY let me know it was just a bath that was scheduled (that's fine) she didn't have time for a haircut she stated (already in a rush) also stood at the grooming stand and had to ask if someone was working it while multiple employees were walking right past .. then one girl says yes, they're busy right now (grooming) these employees have no recognition of team work & instead of whispering to each other about my Dog (Tiffany) could have directly spoke with me about the issue instead of her coworkers not even manager. We won't ever book here again.

The online gage 4/20/24 reads "not too busy" at 9:38am I called the store and once again not only did no one answered the phone but after letting the phone ring over 20 times they disconnected the call, aka clearly picked up to hand up. It's sad the customer service at this location still continues to be at such poor level for phone calls. Phone customers time is important also and I'd rather know your store has a product on hand than to waste my gas & time.
