Headlight bulb didn't last 3 months. They would not honor the 1 year warranty on the bulb.

I came in for a new battery and they exceeded my expectations. I got a free battery, alternator and starter test which confirmed a bad battery. The technician installed my new battery and provided excellent service. I also got a fair price (less than the other local major brand stores).

Very knowledgeable when helping diagnose the problem with my vehicle. Also went out of their way to help & actually showed genuine concern about fixing the problem unlike other auto parts stores in this area that seemed as if they had no concern to take any time to even try to explain it to a woman. Although it's not their job to educate someone on how the car works it was greatly appreciated that they did take the time to do so!

If I were able to give negative stars I would give negative 5 stars due to the absolute ignorance of the staff at this store. I went into the store at the corner of Virginia Beach Blvd and Birdneck Road 1/2/23 and ordered front and rear brake pads for my 2010 Volkswagen Passat that I was told would be in 1/3/23 after 9:00. Went in and the woman at the register with glasses that helped me the previous day (acted as though she had never seen me in her life) looked up my parts and said hold on let me grab them. While she was in the back obviously having a hard time finding them I could hear her say “ I may have messed up and not ordered them. Thankfully there was a gentleman working that knew how to do his job and found them. I got my parts and went home to do my breaks. All cars are not the same and I understand that so when I took off my tire and saw that my model car didn’t have a Break Pad Wear Sensor that was on the pads I got I went back to the store to inquire about possible different pads. At that time (2)women in the store got on the computer and told me the “correct” pads I needed had to be ordered or I could go out to the Cedar Rd. location (26 miles away/52 miles round trip) and get them. She called ahead to ensure the “correct” pads were indeed there. I opted to go get them. Upon arrival at the Cedar Road location the lady at the counter let me know that the pads the woman at the oceanfront store called and reserved for me were in fact not front pads, they were the exact REAR pads I already had. Roughly 3 minutes later she informed me that the front pads I was initially sold were in fact the correct ones. She showed me in her system where IT SAID all you have to do is snip the sensor off and they are good to go. I thanked her for simply doing her job. I drove 26 miles back to the other location to notify the Assistant manager of the major inconvenience that I had received due to his employees. At that time he acted as though he could care less. The woman who was part of the fiasco was still there and kept telling me that the parts she looked up were not the wrong ones. I gave her the piece of paper that she previously gave me with the part number she sent me to Chesapeake for - silence.I will never go to o’Reilly’s ever again and especially this location. The lack of knowledge the 2 women displayed was inexcusable and the lack of concern that the assistant manager showed should have him demoted or fired.DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you’re looking to waste your whole day.
